fa پیشنهاد منشور اخلاقی داوری آثار علمی در حوزه سلامت: یک دیدگاه اخلاق در پژوهش Ethics in Research دیدگاه commentary <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">اخلاق داوری آثار علمی، یکی از جنبه‌های مهم اخلاق پژوهش در حوزه‌ی سلامت است. ازآنجاکه نتایج پژوهش‌ها، به پیشگیری، تشخیص، درمان، توان‌بخشی و مدیریت بسیار کمک می‌کند، کیفیت نتایج، اهمیتی ویژه دارند. هدف از این مقاله، نشان‌دادن ضرورت تدوین منشور اخلاق داوری آثار علمی در حوزه‌ی سلامت است. این بیان دیدگاه از آن جهت مهم است که رعایت‌کردن این اصول از طرف پژوهشگران و داوران آثار علمی می‌تواند به کیفیت آثار علمی تولیدشده، با هدف ارتقاء پیشگیری، تشخیص، درمان، توان‌بخشی و مدیریت در حوزه‌ی سلامت کمکی شایان کند. </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">این منشور، قابلیت استفاده در سامانه‌های داوری آثار علمی </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">را دارد و به مدیران پژوهش، در شناسایی مؤلفه‌های اخلاق داوری آثار علمی در حوزه‌ی سلامت، برای سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب پژوهشی و به داوران و دست‌اندرکاران مجلات و مراکز تحقیقاتی و پژوهشگاه‌ها، در داوری دقیق و منصفانه و بدون سوگیری آثار علمی حوزه‌ی سلامت یاری می‌رساند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">The ethics of reviewing scientific works is a crucial aspect of research ethics in the field of health, where the outcomes significantly impact prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and management, highlighting the importance of the quality of research results. Accordingly, this study aimed to develop a charter for the ethical peer review of scientific works in the field of health. The significance of this commentary lies in that researchers&rsquo; and reviewers&rsquo; adherence to ethical principles can contribute to enhancing the quality of scientific works aimed at prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and management in the field of health. This charter can serve as a framework for scientific work review systems, assisting research managers in identifying the ethical components essential for reviewing scientific works in the field of health to develop effective research policies and plans.
