fa رسالت استادان در تربیت فرهنگی و معنوی دانشجویان موردکاوی آموزش عالی سلامت آموزش اخلاق پزشکی Ethics in Medical Education پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">اعضای هیئت علمی، در تحقق اهداف و آرمان‌های آموزش عالی و سلامت جامعه تأثیرگذارترین نقش را بر عهده دارند. در دوره معاصر، ایفای نقش فرهنگی و تربیتی استادان در مورد دانشجویان، در سرنوشت سازترین مأموریت آموزش عالی، به اندازه اهمیت و ضرورت مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است، و غفلت از آن خسارت‌ها و عواقب ناگوار و جبران‌ناپذیری بدنبال داشته است. در این مطالعه، ضمن تبیین ضرورت و اهمیت، نسبت به شناسایی نقش‌های فرهنگی برجسته استادان نسبت به دانشجویان (با تأکید بر آموزش عالی سلامت)، اهتمام و راهکارهای نافذ بررسی و پیشنهاد شده است. </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">مطالعه با تلفیقی از&nbsp; روش</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> توصیفی &ndash; تحلیلی و بحث متمرکز گروهی انجام شد. از دیدگاه های منتخبی از استادان صاحبنظر و داده‌های حاصل از مقالات علمی‌ معتبر بومی و موضوعات مرتبط در اسناد بالادستی استفاده شده است.&nbsp; یافته های مطالعه در پنج حوزه کلان و چهل موضوع تنظیم شد. &quot;اهداف و آرمانهای فرهنگی&quot;؛ &quot;رسالت عمومی استادان برای تربیت فرهنگی عموم دانشجویان&quot; و &quot;رسالت اختصاصی استادان آموزش عالی سلامت&quot;؛ &quot; شیوه‌های معتبر&quot; و &quot;الزامات&quot; تربیت فرهنگی دانشجویان&quot; در ذیل هشت موضوع برگزیده در هر محور به ترتیب اولویت شناسایی و توصیه شد. </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">استادان نقش محوری را در تربیت فرهنگی و ارزشی دانشجویان برعهده دارند. شایسته است این مسئولیت، بصورت عینی و شیوه‌های علمی مناسب طراحی و تحقق&nbsp; آن در نظام آموزشی رصد و تعالی آن تدبیر گردد</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">Academic faculty members play the most influential role in realizing the goals and ideals of higher education and community health. In the contemporary period, the cultural and educational role of professors, in the most crucial mission of higher education, has not received the required and necessary attention, and neglecting it has resulted in irreparable damages and adverse consequences. This study attempted to identify the prominent cultural roles of professors in relation to students (with an emphasis on higher health education), while explaining the necessity and importance, and effective solutions were examined and proposed. The present study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and a focus group discussion. Selected views of expert professors and data from authentic local scientific articles and related topics in upstream documents were utilized. The findings of the study were classified into five main themes and forty categories. &ldquo;Cultural goals and ideals&rdquo;; &ldquo;general mission of professors for the cultural education of all students&rdquo; and &ldquo;special mission of professors of higher health education&rdquo;; &ldquo;authentic methods&rdquo;; and &ldquo;requirements for cultural education of students&rdquo; were identified and recommended under the eight selected topics in each axis in order of priority. University Professors play a central role in the cultural and ideological education of students.
