fa شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رعایت اخلاق در پژوهش از دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی: مطالعه‌ای کیفی اخلاق در پژوهش Ethics in Research پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;">&nbsp;<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">اخلاق در پژوهش، شاخه‌ای از اخلاق حرفه‌ای</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">است و به آن دسته از اصول اخلاقی که پژوهش را از آغاز تا پایان کار هدایت می‌کنند، می‌پردازد. نادیده‌گرفتن مسائل اخلاقی در پژوهش گاهی بدون تعمد و صرفاً به سبب بی‌اطلاعی از اخلاق حرفه‌ای</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">پژوهشگری صورت می‌پذیرد؛ بنابراین، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل تسهیل‌گر و بازدارنده بر رعایت اخلاق در تحقیقاتِ دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان انجام شد. این مطالعه‌ی کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای استقرایی صورت گرفت. جامعه‌ی هدف، دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان بود و ۲۹ دانشجو در مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته شرکت کردند. شرکت‌کنندگان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش </span></span><span style="color:black">&nbsp;Diekelmann</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black"> و همکاران انجام شد. برای اعتبارسنجی داده‌ها، از روش استراوس و کوربین استفاده شد. عوامل مؤثر بر رعایت اخلاق در پژوهش، شامل دو بخش عوامل فردی و شخصیتی (دقیق‌بودن و اخلاق‌مداربودن دانشجو و استادان و داشتن اطلاعات کافی درباره‌ی اخلاق در پژوهش) و عوامل محیطی (اطلاع‌رسانی و آشنایی با روش تحقیق، نحوه‌ی برخورد استادان با دانشجو، محرمانه‌بودن اطلاعات، سخت‌گیری استادان، داشتن چهارچوب مشخص از طرف دانشگاه، رعایت حق دانشجو و وضع قوانین بازدارنده) است. تقویت عوامل تسهیل‌گر و پیشگیری از عوامل بازدارنده در رعایت اخلاق در پژوهش، به تلاش مشترک دانشجویان و استادان و دانشگاه نیاز دارد. دانشجویان باید دقت و آگاهی کافی را در خود توسعه دهند و استادان باید به‌عنوان الگوی اخلاقی عمل کنند. مسئولان در دانشگاه‌ها باید چهارچوب‌های مشخصی برای رعایت اخلاق تدوین و ارائه کنند و همه افراد درگیر در امر پژوهش باید به عملی‌کردن آن پایبند باشند</span></span>.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">Research ethics&nbsp;is a branch of professional ethics that deals with the ethical principles guiding the research process from the beginning to the end. Ignoring ethical issues in research sometimes occurs unintentionally and simply due to a lack of awareness regarding professional research ethics. Therefore, this study aimed to identify facilitators and inhibitors of adherence to ethics in research conducted by postgraduate students at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. This qualitative study was conducted using an inductive content analysis approach. The target population included postgraduate students at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 29 students who were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the method proposed by Diekelmann et al. For data validation, Strauss and Corbin&rsquo;s method was utilized. Factors influencing adherence to research ethics included individual and personality traits (accuracy and ethical conduct of students and professors and having sufficient information about research ethics) and environmental factors (information dissemination and familiarity with research methods, the professors&rsquo; interactions with students, confidentiality of information, strictness of professors, having a clear framework from the university, respecting students&rsquo; rights, and establishing deterrent regulations). Strengthening facilitators and mitigating inhibitors of adherence to research ethics requires joint efforts from students, professors, and the university. Students need to develop accuracy and awareness, and professors should serve as ethical role models.
