fa مقایسه‌ دیدگاه بیماران و کارکنان اتاق عمل‌های جراحی زنان و زایمان درباره‌ی میزان رعایت حریم خصوصی بیماران Comparing the Perspectives of Patients and Staff in Obstetrics and Gynecology Operating Rooms on Patient Privacy اخلاق بالینی Medical Ethics پژوهشي Research حفظ حریم خصوصی بیماران، یکی از مهم‌ترین حقوق‌های اولیه‌ی بیماران و از وظایف اخلاقی کارکنان نظام سلامت است. این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌مقطعی در سال 1401 با هدف مقایسه‌ی دیدگاه بیماران و کارکنان اتاق عمل‌های جراحی زنان و زایمان شهر مشهد درباره‌ی میزان رعایت حریم خصوصی بیماران انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری از بیماران به‌صورت تصادفی در اتاق عمل‌های مذکور بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ی اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد بررسی حریم خصوصی بیماران بستری و برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 و آزمون های توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد و سطح معنی‌داری 0.5 >P در نظر گرفته شد. میانگین سن (± انحراف معیار) بیماران و کارکنان شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش به‌ترتیب (12/56 ± 39/07) و (8/42 ± 31/65) بود. میانگین نمره‌ی رعایت حریم خصوصی از دیدگاه بیماران (22/41 ± 38/92) و از دیدگاه کارکنان (8/02 ± 64/26)  و تفاوت این دو دیدگاه به لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار بود(0.0001 = P).  کمترین نمره در هر دو گروه، بعُد حریم خصوصی شخصی (77/97 ± 8/4) بیمار و (2/66± 13/37) کارکنان بوده است. نتایج  نشان داد، میزان رعایت حریم خصوصی از دیدگاه کارکنان، بیشتر از متوسط و از دیدگاه بیماران، کمتر از متوسط بود؛ لذا با توجه به موقعیت خاص بیماران، استرس فراوان بیمار و محدودیت‌های جسمی و روانی در حمایت از خود، لازم است آموزش و اقدامات ضروری برای توجه بیشتر کارکنان به موارد رعایت حریم خصوصی و نیز آگاهی‌بخشی به بیماران در این زمینه انجام شود. <div style="text-align: justify;">Maintaining patient privacy is a fundamental right of patients and an ethical duty of healthcare professionals. The present descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted in 2022 to compare the perspectives of patients and staff in obstetrics and gynecology operating rooms in Mashhad, Iran, on the extent to which patient privacy was preserved. Patients were selected using random sampling in the operating rooms of hospitals affiliated with Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through a demographic information form and a standardized questionnaire to assess hospitalized patients’ privacy. Data were analyzed via SPSS-22, utilizing descriptive and inferential statistics, with a significance level of P<0.05. The mean ages of patients and staff participating in this study were 39.07±12.56 and 31.65±8.42 years, respectively. The mean score of preserving privacy from the patients' perspective was 38.92±22.41, whereas from the staff's perspective, it was 64.26±8.02, and the difference was statistically significant (p=0.0001). The lowest scores in both groups for personal privacy were 4.97±8.77 for patients and 13.37±2.66 for staff. Results indicated that the staff perceived the level of preserving patient privacy to be above average, while patients considered it below average.
