fa تبیین مؤلفه‌های اخلاق در آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران: مطالعه‌ای کیفی آموزش اخلاق پزشکی Ethics in Medical Education پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">رعایت اصول اخلاقی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی که در تربیت نسل آینده‌ی متخصصان حوزه‌ی سلامت نقشی مهم دارند، از اهمیتی ویژه‌ برخوردار است. این اصول می‌توانند به‌عنوان راهنمایی برای دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی و بهبود عملکرد در حوزه‌های مختلف دانشگاهی عمل کنند.</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">این مطالعه به‌منظور تبیین مؤلفه‌های اخلاق در آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شد. پژوهش به روش کیفی، از نوع تحلیل مضمون ترکیبی در سال 1402 انجام گرفت. شرکت‌کنندگان هفده نفر از مدیران آموزشی، اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بودند. مطالعه در سه فاز مرور جامع متون، مصاحبه با خبرگان و تشکیل پانل تخصصی انجام شد. داده‌ها</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">با مصاحبه‌ی</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">نیمه‌ساختاریافته‌ و به روش</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">هدفمند</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">و</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">سپس گلوله‌ی</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">برفی</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">جمع‌آوری شد و</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">تا</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">اشباع</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">داده‌ها</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">ادامه</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">یافت؛ همچنین، پس از رونویسی مصاحبه‌ها، کدگذاری، طبقه‌بندی و شناسایی مضامین، داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شدند.</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">از تحلیل داده‌ها، ۸ درون‌مایه‌ی اصلی، شامل اخلاق‌مداری، عدالت‌محوری، مسئولیت‌پذیری، وظیفه‌شناسی، احترام به دیگران، رعایت پوشش، پاسخ‌گویی و سلامت معنوی و 55 درون‌مایه‌ی فرعی استخراج شد. توجه به مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی می‌تواند به افزایش شفافیت، ایجاد محیط آموزشی عادلانه، تقویت مسئولیت‌پذیری در اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان و ارتقاء کیفیت یادگیری منجر شود</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">و نقشی مهم در برقراری تعاملات بین استادان ودانشجویان ایفا کند. رعایت مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی در آموزش دانشگاهی، نه‌تنها به درک مفاهیم اخلاقی نیاز دارد، بلکه باید با سازوکارهای مناسب اجرایی همسو شود؛ لذا، برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی برای افزایش آگاهی اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان و کارکنان، استفاده از شاخص‌های اخلاقی در فرایندهای جذب و ارتقاء اعضای هیئت علمی پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">Adherence to ethical principles in medical universities, which play a vital role in training the next generation of healthcare professionals, is of significant importance. These principles can serve as a guide to achieving educational goals and improving performance in various academic fields. This study aimed to explain the components of ethics in education at the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. The study was conducted in 2023 using a qualitative Hybrid Thematic Analysis approach. Participants included 17 educational managers, faculty members, and students from the university. The study was carried out in three phases: a comprehensive literature review, interviews with experts, and the formation of a specialized panel. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews using purposive and snowball sampling, and the process continued until data saturation was achieved. The interviews were transcribed, coded, classified, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The analysis revealed eight main themes, including ethics, justice, responsibility, duty, respect for others, adherence to dress codes, accountability, and spiritual health, along with 55 subthemes. Focusing on ethical components can enhance transparency, create a fair educational environment, strengthen responsibility among faculty members and students, and improve the quality of learning, thereby playing a crucial role in fostering interactions between professors and students. Adhering to ethical components in academic education not only requires understanding ethical concepts but must also align with appropriate implementation mechanisms.
