fa ارتباط مالی و تعارض منافع پزشک و بیمار، با نگاهی به «راهنمای عمومی اخلاق حرفه‌ای سازمان نظام پزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران» یازدهمین کنگره اخلاق در سلامت - سخنرانی Health Ethics Congress (11th) - Oral Presentation سخنرانی Oral Presentation <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">تعارض منافع، ازجمله موضوعات بسیار مهم و بحث‌برانگیز در حوزه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی است که می‌تواند بر کیفیت خدمات درمانی و اعتماد بیماران اثر بگذارد. ازآنجاکه ممکن است منافع مالی یا غیرمالی در مواقعی بر تصمیمات بالینی گروه پزشکی اثر بگذارد، این موضوع نیازمند توجه جدی است. &laquo;راهنمای عمومی اخلاق حرفه‌ای سازمان نظام پزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران&raquo;، به‌عنوان مرجعی معتبر، به بررسی این چالش و ارائه‌ی راهکارهایی برای مدیریت آن پرداخته است. این مطالعه به‌صورت مروری و با تحلیل اسناد و راهنمای اخلاق حرفه‌ای سازمان نظام پزشکی و منشور حقوق جامعه‌ی پزشکی ایران انجام شد؛ همچنین، مقالات علمی و پژوهش‌های مرتبط با تعارض منافع نیز بررسی و داده‌ها از منابع معتبر و به‌روز، جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد، تعارض منافع می‌تواند از اعتماد بیماران به پزشکان و کیفیت خدمات درمانی بکاهد. این موضوع به‌ویژه در مواقعی که بیماران احساس کنند، پزشک به‌جای منافع آن‌ها، تنها به منافع شخصی خود توجه دارد، برجسته‌تر می‌شود. پزشکان باید با شفافیت در ارتباط‌های مالی و حرفه‌ای خود، از بروز این تعارض‌ها جلوگیری کنند. &laquo;راهنمای اخلاق حرفه‌ای سازمان نظام پزشکی&raquo; و نیز &laquo;منشور حقوق جامعه‌ی پزشکی ایران&raquo; اصولی را برای مدیریت این تعارض‌ها و ایجاد نوعی تعادل میان حق و تکلیف پزشکان، ازجمله نیاز به افشای اطلاعات مالی و ارتباط با صنایع دارویی ارائه می‌دهند؛ همچنین، برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی برای پزشکان در زمینه‌ی اخلاق حرفه‌ای و تعارض منافع می‌تواند به افزایش آگاهی و کاهش این مشکلات کمک کند. مدیریت تعارض منافع، از طریق پیروی از مفاد راهنمای عمومی اخلاق حرفه‌ای می‌تواند به بهبود روابط پزشک و بیمار و در نهایت، ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات درمانی کمک کند. ضروری است که پزشکان و بیماران، به این موضوع توجه و از اصول اخلاقی پیروی کنند تا از بروز تعارض‌ها و مشکلات ناشی از آن جلوگیری شود.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:black">Conflicts of interest, particularly financial ones, pose a significant ethical challenge in the medical field. They can compromise clinical decision-making, erode patient trust, and ultimately diminish the quality of healthcare. This study reviewed ethical documents and guidelines published by the Medical Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Charter of Rights for the Medical Community. A comprehensive review of relevant scientific literature on conflicts of interest in healthcare was also conducted. The analysis revealed that financial relationships between physicians and external entities, such as pharmaceutical companies, can create conflicts of interest that negatively impact patient care. These conflicts can erode patient trust and lead to suboptimal clinical decisions. The Medical Council&#39;s ethical guidelines address these concerns by emphasizing the importance of transparency regarding financial ties and relationships. They advocate for the disclosure of such relationships to patients and the implementation of educational programs to enhance physician awareness of ethical principles and conflict-of-interest management strategies. Adherence to the ethical guidelines established by the Medical Council of Iran is crucial for effectively managing conflicts of interest in the physician-patient relationship.
