fa مروری بر جدیدترین ملاحظات اخلاق زیستی در کاربرد سلول‌های بنیادی در پژوهش و بالین یازدهمین کنگره اخلاق در سلامت - سخنرانی Health Ethics Congress (11th) - Oral Presentation سخنرانی Oral Presentation <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">موضوع و هدف این مقاله، بررسی جدید‌ترین ملاحظات اخلاق زیستی مرتبط با کاربرد سلول‌های بنیادی در پژوهش‌ و بالین است. فناوری سلول‌های بنیادی و پزشکی بازساختی، حوزه‌ای میان‌رشته‌ای است که با بهره‌گیری از علوم مختلف، سعی در تولید و ترمیم بافت‌ها و درمان بیماری‌ها با روش‌های مبتنی بر سلول‌های بنیادی دارد. با پیشرفت‌های اخیر در علم زیست‌پزشکی و توانمندی‌های بی‌نظیر سلول‌های بنیادی در درمان بیماری‌ها، توجه به ابعاد اخلاقی این فناوری، اهمیت بیشتری پیدا کرده است. این تحقیق مروری، پس از معرفی اجمالی فناوری سلول‌های بنیادی، چالش‌های اخلاقی ازجمله: توجیهات لازم برای استفاده از سلول‌های بنیادی، حقایق مربوط به رضایت آگاهانه‌ی بیماران، حفظ کرامت انسانی و تأثیرات اجتماعی و فرهنگی ناشی از استفاده از این سلول‌ها را ارائه داده است. افزایش کاربرد روش‌های درمانی که کارآیی برخی از آن‌ها اثبات نشده و مراحل لازم را نیز طی نکرده‌اند، همچنین، عرضه‌ی مستقیم محصولات تولیدی در مراحل پیش‌بالینی به مصرف‌کننده در بازار باعث شده است، ملاحظات اخلاقی استفاده از سلول‌های بنیادی اهمیتی روزافزون پیدا کند. از طرفی، استفاده‌ی غیراصولی از این سلول‌ها ممکن است، باعث ایجاد بیماری‌هایی مانند سرطان یا گرفتگی عروقی شوند و مشکلی به مشکلات بیمار اضافه کنند. یافته‌ها مؤید این امر است که تطبیق قوانین و مقررات موجود با ملاحظات اخلاقی و پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود استانداردهای اخلاقی در پژوهش‌های بالینی، با سلول‌های بنیادی مدّنظر پژوهشگران و سازمان‌های ذی‌ربط، مرتبط است. نتایج این پژوهش، می‌تواند به راهنمایی پژوهشگران و سیاست‌گذاران در برنامه‌ریزی زمینه‌های اخلاقی تحقیق کمک کند و در پی آن، به ارتقاء کیفیت و ایمنی پژوهش‌های بالینی در حیطه‌های سلول‌درمانی و پزشکی بازساختی منجر گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:black">Stem cell technology and regenerative medicine are interdisciplinary fields that integrate engineering, molecular and cellular biology, and medical science to repair tissues and treat diseases using stem cell-based methods. The primary goal of this scientific field is to enhance the quality of life by replacing damaged cells and tissues with healthy ones, thereby improving injuries and disabilities. With recent advances in biomedical science and the unique potential of stem cells in treating diseases, ethical considerations surrounding this technology have become increasingly significant. Following a brief introduction to stem cell technology, this review explores ethical challenges, including the justifications for using stem cells, informed consent from patients, preservation of human dignity, and the social and cultural impacts associated with their application. As research in this field continues to expand, yielding numerous innovative findings and attracting growing interest from researchers, there has also been an increase in unproven commercial treatments that have not undergone necessary regulatory stages. The direct marketing of products in preclinical stages to consumers further underscores the importance of ethical considerations in the use of stem cells. Additionally, the unprincipled use of stem cells may lead to adverse effects, such as cancer or vascular diseases, exacerbating patients&#39; conditions rather than improving them. The findings of this review emphasize the need to adapt existing laws and regulations to address ethical concerns and provide recommendations for enhancing ethical standards in clinical research involving stem cells.
