fa آیا استفاده از ضبط ویدیویی در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه مهم است؟ حقوق پزشکی Madical law دیدگاه commentary <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;">&nbsp;<span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">یکی از مسائل اخلاقی‌حقوقی کلیدی در حرفه‌ی پزشکی، اعتماد بیماران به کیفیت مراقبت و رعایت استانداردهای حرفه‌ای است. این دیدگاه به بررسی ابعاد اخلاقی‌حقوقی استفاده از دوربین‌های مداربسته در واحد مراقبت‌های ویژه</span></span><span style="color:black"> (ICU) </span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black">&nbsp;با تمرکز بر یک نمونه‌ی حقوقی‌اخلاقی پرداخته است. در این منظر، همراهان بیمار درباره‌ی کیفیت مراقبت‌ها تردید داشته و درخواست بررسی تصاویر ضبط</span></span><span style="color:black">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">‌شده را مطرح کردند. از نظر اخلاقی‌حقوقی، ثبت وقایع توسط تیم درمان، مشروط به رعایت حریم خصوصی، ضوابط حفظ داده‌ها و مقررات نظارت تصویری، می‌تواند به حفظ حقوق بیماران، شفاف‌سازی عملکرد کادر درمان و پیشگیری از سوءتفاهم‌های حقوقی کمک کند. این مقاله، ضمن مدنظر قراردادن مزایا، به تبیین ملاحظات قانونی مانند اطلاع‌رسانی به بیماران، محدودیت‌های دسترسی و مدیریت داده‌ها </span></span><span style="color:black">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">نیز پرداخته است. در نهایت، می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که استفاده از دوربین‌ها در</span></span><span style="color:black">ICU</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">، به شرط تطبیق با الزامات قانونی و نهادی می‌تواند به تقویت اعتماد، اثبات رعایت اصول اخلاقی و کاهش شکایات حقوقی یاری رساند.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">&nbsp;<span style="color:black">One of the key ethical-legal concerns in the medical profession is patients&rsquo; trust in the quality of care and adherence to professional standards. This viewpoint explored the ethical-legal dimensions of using surveillance cameras in Intensive Care Units (ICUs), focusing on a specific legal-ethical case. In this scenario, the patients&rsquo; family caregivers express doubt about the quality of care and request access to recorded footage. From an ethical-legal perspective, documenting events by the medical team&mdash;provided that privacy, data protection regulations, and visual monitoring standards are respected&mdash;can help safeguard patients&rsquo; rights, clarify staff performance, and prevent legal misunderstandings. While acknowledging the potential benefits, this study also outlined legal considerations, such as patient notification, access limitations, and data management protocols.
