fa ارزیابی میزان پایبندی پژوهشگران دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران (کلان‌منطقه‌ی هشت) به اصول اخلاق در پژوهش یازدهمین کنگره اخلاق در سلامت - پوستر Health Ethics Congress (11th) - Poster Presentation پوستر Poster <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:yekanYW;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">اخلاق در پژوهش، عنصری اساسی در فرایند علمی است و برای اطمینان از یکپارچگی و موثق‌بودن نتایج تحقیقات، بسیار مهم است. پژوهشگران باید همواره در نظر داشته باشند که نتایج تحقیقاتشان می‌تواند بر زندگی افراد و جوامع اثر بگذارد؛ بنابراین، مسئولیت‌پذیری و شفافیت در انجام‌دادن پژوهش‌ها، از اهمیتی ویژه‌ برخوردار است. پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی، نه‌تنها اعتبار علمی پژوهشگران را افزایش می‌دهد، بلکه به پیشرفت علم و فناوری نیز کمک می‌کند.</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پژوهش حاضر، با هدف ارزیابی میزان پایبندی پژوهشگران دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان‌منطقه‌ی هشت ایران به اصول اخلاق در پژوهش انجام شده است. پژوهشگران دانشگاه</span></span><span style="color:black">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">های علوم پزشکی ایران، جامعه‌ی آماری این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی از نوع توصیفی</span></span><span style="color:black">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">تحلیلی را تشکیل ‌دادند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی پایبندی به اخلاق پژوهش بود که در اختیار پژوهشگران دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان‌منطقه‌ی هشت قرار گرفت. این پرسش‌نامه، دارای چهل گویه و متشکل از نُه بُعدِ احترام به حقوق اخلاقی آزمودنی‌ها، بی‌غرضی عاطفی، دقت، اصالت، مسئولیت‌پذیری حرفه‌ای، مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی، درستکاری، مشروعیت و آزاد اندیشی است. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار </span></span><span style="color:black">SPSS</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black"> نسخه‌ی ۲۴ تجزیه و تحلیل شدند؛ علاوه بر آمار توصیفی، آزمون‌های من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس و هم‌بستگی اسپیرمن نیز، در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به کار برده شد. در این مطالعه 230 پژوهشگر شرکت کردند که 193 نفر از آنان، عضو هیئت علمی بودند. نتایج نشان داد، میانگین نمره‌ی پایبندی به اصول اخلاق در پژوهش 174/3 بود که رعایت چشمگیر اصول اخلاق در پژوهش را نشان می‌داد؛ همچنین، از نتایج می‌توان دریافت، بُعد مشروعیت و بُعد دقت، به‌ترتیب دارای بالاترین میانگین بودند (21/7 و 22/5). مقایسه‌ی میانگین نمره‌ی پایبندی به رعایت اصول اخلاق در پژوهش با ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی نشان داد، میزان پایبندی به اصول اخلاق در پژوهش، بر اساس مدرک تحصیلی، رتبه‌ی علمی، سن و سابقه‌ی کار تفاوتی معنادار دارد </span></span><span style="color:black">(p<0/5)</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">. هم‌بستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد، بین متغیر پایبندی به اصول اخلاق در پژوهش و مدرک تحصیلی رابطه‌ای معکوس و معنی‌دار وجود دارد و هرچه مدرک تحصیلی افراد بیشتر شود، میزان پایبندی آنان به رعایت اخلاق در پژوهش کاهش می‌یابد. </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، بیشتر پژوهشگران کلان‌منطقه‌ی هشت دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران، اصول اخلاق در پژوهش را بسیار رعایت می‌کنند.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">Research ethics is a fundamental component of the scientific process and is crucial for ensuring the integrity and reliability of research outcomes. Researchers must recognize that the results of their studies can impact individuals and societies. Therefore, accountability and transparency in conducting research are of particular importance. Adherence to ethical principles not only enhances the scientific credibility of researchers but also contributes to the advancement of science and technology. This study aimed to assess the level of adherence to research ethical principles among researchers at Iranian Medical Sciences Universities. This descriptive-analytic, cross-sectional study focused on researchers from Iranian universities of medical sciences. The data collection tool was a research ethics compliance questionnaire, which was distributed to researchers at medical universities in Region Eight. The questionnaire contained 40 items across 9 dimensions: respect for subjects&#39; moral rights, free thinking, professional responsibility, social responsibility, accuracy, emotional impartiality, honesty, Originality, and legitimacy. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24 software. In addition to descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, and Spearman correlation tests were also applied. A total of 230 researchers participated in the study, 193 of whom were faculty members. The results indicated that the average score for adherence to ethical principles in research was 3.174, reflecting a high level of adherence. The results also revealed that the dimensions of legitimacy and accuracy had the highest average scores (21.7 and 22.5, respectively). Significant differences were observed in adherence to ethical principles based on educational degree, academic rank, age, and work experience (p < 0.05). Spearman&#39;s correlation indicated a significant inverse relationship between adherence to ethical principles and educational degree, meaning that higher educational levels were associated with lower adherence to ethical principles in research.
