fa پیش‌بینی رخداد افت تحصیلی در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان با استفاده از درخت رده‌بندی اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <br> مقدمه و اهداف: افت تحصیلی در دانشجویان رشته پزشکی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است؛ چرا که در آینده می‌تواند سبب کاهش سطح علمی پزشکان شود. این مطالعه برای پیش‌بینی رخداد افت تحصیلی در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان با استفاده از درخت رده‌بندی انجام شده است.<br> روش کار: در این مطالعه طولی، پرونده تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی ورودی 87-1378 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان به روش سرشماری انتخاب و تا شهریور 1395 از نظر افت تحصیلی پیگیری شدند. افت تحصیلی بر اساس وجود حداقل یکی از مؤلفه‌های معدل کل نامطلوب، طولانی شدن مدت تحصیل، مشروطی، انصراف از تحصیل، اخراج و مردودی در آزمون‌های جامع تعریف شد و برای پیشگویی آن از درخت رده‌بندی CRT و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.<br> یافته‌ها: میزان بروز تجمعی افت تحصیلی 4/26 درصد و شایع ترین مؤلفه‌های آن، طولانی شدن مدت تحصیل (7/21 درصد) و مشروطی (15 درصد) بوده است. احتمال افت تحصیلی در افراد دارای سابقه‌ی میهمانی در سایر دانشگاه‌ها 449/0، در افراد فاقد سابقه میهمانی، پذیرفته شده در ورودی‌هایی کمتر از 40 نفر و سهمیه قبولی مناطق 1 یا 3 220/0 و در افراد فاقد سابقه‌ی میهمانی، پذیرفته شده در ورودی‌هایی با تعداد حداقل 40 نفر و مذکر 456/0 بوده است.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شناسایی عوامل پیشگوی افت تحصیلی پیشنهاد می‌شود این افراد از ابتدای تحصیل به مراکز مشاوره یا استادان راهنمای آموزشی معرفی شوند و در ضمن قوانین میهمانی در سایر دانشگاه‌ها بازبینی شوند. Background and Objectives: Academic failure is of paramount importance for medical students because it might lead to a decline in scientific level of the community of physicians in the future. This study was conducted to investigate the predictors of academic failure in medical students of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences using classification tree.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> Methods: In this cohort study, academic records of all medical students of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences during the academic years of 1999-2008 were selected by census and were followed up until September 2016. Academic failure was defined as having at least one of the components of appropriate grade point average, prolonged graduation, academic probation, dropout, expulsion, and any failure in ccomprehensive exams and the CART classification tree was adopted using the SPSS 22 software to predict it.<br> &nbsp;<br> Results: The cumulative incidence of academic failure was 26.4% and the most prevalent components were prolonged graduation (21.7%) and academic probation (15.0%).
