fa تجربیات خشونت خانگی در نوجوانان ایرانی (شهر قزوین): مطالعه کیفی Iranian Adolescents' Experiences of Domestic Violence: A Qualitative Study اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <div style="border-bottom: 1pt solid windowtext; border-top: 1pt solid windowtext; border-left: none; border-right: none; padding: 1pt 0in; margin-right: 117px; text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: فرزندان خانواده بویژه نوجوانان یکی از مهمترین قربانیان خشونت خانگی هستند که علیرغم آسیب پذیری آنها کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربیات نوجوانان درباره خشونت خانگی انجام شده است تا با درک عمیق‌تر جنبه‌های مختلف این معضل اجتماعی بتوان در راستای کاهش آن اقدامات لازم را انجام داد. روش کار: مطالعه کیفی حاضر با متدولوژی تحلیل محتوا (Content Analysis) انجام شد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته (Interview Semi-Structural) بود. شرکت‌کنندگان نوجوانان 12 تا 16 سال بودند. نمونه گیری هدفمند با روش حداکثر تنوع فرصت‌طلبانه از نظر طبقات اقتصادی اجتماعی، سن و جنسیت دانش‌آموزان انجام شد. تعداد 33مصاحبه توسط 2 مصاحبه گر انجام شد. یافته‌ها: 4 طبقه اصلی، 11 زیر طبقه و 120 کد در زمینه تجربیات نوجوانان استخراج شد. پس از جمع بندی و ترکیب کدهای مشابه، طبقات اصلی شامل واکنش‌های عاطفی-روانی و عملکرد نوجوانان در منزل و مدرسه، پیامدهای خشونت خانگی و علل بروز خشونت بود. مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی بویژه بیکاری پدر خانواده مهمترین علل بروز خشونت خانگی مطرح شد. نوجوانانی که تجربه خشونت خانگی داشتند گرایش زیادی به رفتارهای پرخطر داشته و افت تحصیلی بیشتری را تجربه کرده بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: طبق دیدگاه نوجوانان عوامل اقتصادی اجتماعی نقش مهمی در بروز خشونت خانگی داشته و می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز تجربیات اجتماعی ناخوشایند وآسیب‌های اجتماعی در زندگی آتی ایشان شود، لذا لازم است والدین، معلمان و مسؤلین حوزه‌های اجتماعی در راستای کاهش این معضل اجتماعی اقدام مؤثری انجام دهند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives: Children, especially adolescents, are one of the main victims of domestic violence, who have received less attention despite their vulnerability to this social problem. This study was conducted to determine the adolescents' perspectives and experiences of domestic violence and parental disputes in order to improve our understanding of the various aspects of this social problem for planning the necessary measures to reduce it. Methods: The present qualitative study was performed with a content analysis approach. The data were collected using semi-Structural interviews. The participants were students aged 12 to 16 years. Purposeful sampling with maximum variation in terms of socioeconomic status, age and gender was performed. In total, 33 interviews were conducted by two interviewers. Results: A total of 4 categories, 11 subcategories and 120 themes were extracted as the adolescents' experiences. By summarizing and combining similar themes, the main categories included adolescents' psychological reactions and activities at home and in the school, domestic violence outcomes and cause of violence. The most important cause of violence was socio-economic status of the family, especially father's unemployment. Adolescents who had experienced domestic violence had higher tendencies toward high-risk behavior and academic failure.     Conclusion: According to adolescents' views, socio-economic factors play an important role in the occurrence of domestic violence and can lead to unpleasant social experiences and social harms in their future lives.
