fa پزشکی شخصی‌سازی‌شده از نگاه پزشکان خانواده روستایی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه و اهداف:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> توجه به تغییرات آینده و ایجاد آمادگی برای آن از الزامات دنیای امروز است. پزشکی شخصی‌سازی‌شده به‌عنوان یک تغییر نوظهور در حال گسترش، علم پزشکی را با تغییراتی روبرو خواهدکرد. پزشکان خانواده به‌عنوان خط اول ارائه خدمات و بیمه‌های سلامت به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر ارائه خدمات با این مسئله روبرو خواهند ‌‌شد. این مطالعه با هدف ترسیم فضای به‌کارگیری این رویکرد در حیطه پزشکان خانواده و تغییراتی که به وجود خواهد‌ آورد، انجام شده‌ است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش کار:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این مطالعه در سه مرحله شامل تهیه فایل ارائه درباره پزشکی شخصی‌سازی‌شده و تدوین فرم سؤالات، برگزاری نشست با پزشکان خانواده و تکمیل فرم‌ سوالات به‌صورت گروهی و ارائه نظرات از سوی ایشان و در آخر تحلیل و جمع‌بندی دیدگاه پزشکان توسط تیم تحقیق، انجام شده ‌است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> اجرای پزشکی شخصی‌سازی‌شده</span> <span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">بر هر کدام از کارکردهای پزشک خانواده شامل مدیریت سلامت، جامعیت خدمات، تداوم ارائه خدمات، هماهنگی و تحقیق اثراتی را اعمال خواهد کرد. اما مانند هر تغییر جدیدی در هر حوزه‌ای، چالش‌هایی نیز بر سر راه پیاده‌سازی آن در این بخش از نظام سلامت قرار خواهد ‌‌داشت. از دید پزشکان خانواده راهکارهایی برای رویارویی با این تغییرات و چالش‌های ناشی از آن وجود دارد .&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> پزشکان خانواده و بیمه‌های سلامت به‌عنوان یکی از بخش‌های مهم مواجهه با تغییرات حوزه سلامت بایستی به‌صورت آینده‌نگر مسائل این حوزه را رصد کرده و خود را برای مواجهه با آنها آماده سازند. تأمین زیرساخت‌ها با توجه به چالش‌های احتمالی و توجه به اصول مدیریت تغییر می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک راهکار برای اجرای مؤثر این رویکرد در این حوزه به&shy; کار گرفته شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span cen="" mt="" style="font-family:" tw="">Background and Objectives:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span cen="" mt="" style="font-family:" tw=""> Paying attention to future changes and preparing for them is one of the requirements of today&#39;s world. Personalized medicine as an emerging and expanding change will bring about changes in medical science. Family physicians as the first line of service delivery and health insurance as factors affecting the provision of services will face this issue. The aim of this study was to draw the space for applying this approach in the field of family physicians and the changes it will bring</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Tw Cen MT",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span cen="" mt="" style="font-family:" tw="">Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span cen="" mt="" style="font-family:" tw=""> This study has three stages: preparing a presentation file about personalized medicine and formulating questions, holding a meeting with family physicians, completing the questions form as a group, presenting their opinions, and finally, analyzing and summarizing the views of the doctors by the research team</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Tw Cen MT",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span cen="" mt="" style="font-family:" tw="">Results:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span cen="" mt="" style="font-family:" tw=""> Implementing personalized medicine will positively affect each of the family physician&#39;s functions, including health management, comprehensiveness of services, continuity of service delivery, coordination, and research. However, like any new change in any field, implementing this approach in this part of the health system will be challenging.
