fa تجمع فامیلی مصرف الکل و تعیین عوامل مرتبط با آن در استان آذربایجان شرقی- یک مطالعه مقطعی Familial Aggregation of Alcohol Consumption and Associated Factors in East Azerbaijan Province: A Cross-Sectional Study تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین شیوع و تجمع خانوادگی مصرف الکل به تفکیک برای پدر-فرزند، مادر- فرزند، بین فرزندان و بین همسران در شهر  تبریز و همچنین تعیین عوامل خطر مرتبط میباشد. روش کار: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در سال 2-1401 بر روی860 نفر در شهر تبریز انجام گرفته است. در این مطالعه سرپرستان خانوار به عنوان پروبند انتخاب شدند. پروبندها به صورت در دسترس از لیست مراجعین هر روز انتخاب شدند و در صورت موافقت برای شرکت در مطالعه، در ادامه از اعضای خانواده درجه یک آنها (همسر و فرزندانشان) دعوت به عمل آمد. برای جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استانداردی که به روش خود اظهاری تکمیل میشوند استفاده شد. برای تعیین تجمع خانوادگی بین پدر-فرزندان، مادر-فرزندان و بین خواهران و برادران، از معادله برآورد تعمیم‌یافته (GEE) استفاده شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">یافته‌ها: تجمع خانوادگی مصرف الکل در بین همسران مشاهده نشد ((1/8-0/16)0/54OR=). برای مصرف الکل بین مادران و فرزندان تجمع خانوادگی مشاهده شد ولی این تجمع خانوادگی از لحاظ آماری معنی دار نمیباشد ((2/94-0/8) 1/54OR=). بین پدران و فرزندان تجمع خانوادگی معنی داری از لحاظ مصرف الکل وجود داشت ((2/5-1/08) 1/98OR=). مصرف الکل در میان خواهران و برادران نیز از لحاظ آماری معنی دار نبود ((4/63-0/41) 1/38OR=).</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه، اعضای خانواده نقش مهمی در رفتار مصرف الکل دیگر اعضای خانواده دارند. همچنین بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه افراد با سطح اقتصادی اجتماعی پایین و افراد طلاق گرفته و مجرد می توانند جمعیت مناسبی برای اجرای غربالگری مصرف الکل باشند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives: The present study aimed to assess the prevalence and familial aggregation pattern of alcohol consumption among father-offspring, mother-offspring, siblings, and spouses in Tabriz city, and to investigate the associated risk factors. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2023 on 860 individuals in Tabriz city. The heads of households were selected as proband individuals. Conveniently, probands were recruited from daily visitors, and upon agreeing to participate, their first-degree relatives (spouse and children) were also invited to join in. Data were collected using standard self-reported questionnaires. Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE) were employed to assess family aggregation among father- offspring, mother-offspring, and siblings. Results: No significant of familial aggregation alcohol consumption was observed between spouses (OR=0.54 (0.16-1.8)). Although familial aggregation was observed between mothers and children, this was not statistically significant (OR=1.54 (0.8-2.94)). There was a significant familial aggregation of alcohol consumption between fathers and children (OR=1.98 (1.08-2.5)). Among siblings, familial aggregation was not statistically significant (OR=1.38 (0.41-4.63)). Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, family members play an important role in influencing the alcohol consumption behaviors of other family members.
