other مشاهداتی در عمر تلف شده در همه گیری کرونا در ایران Observations of the Years of Life Lost During COVID-19 Pandemic in Iran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: سال های زندگی از دست رفته یا عمر تلف شده عبارت از سال هایی از زندگی است که به علت فوت زود هنگام از دست رفته است. هدف از تهیه این مقاله بررسی و گزارش سال های زندگی از دست رفته در ایران در دوران گسترش همه گیری بیماری کرونا (COVID-19) و مقایسه آن با دوره زمانی مشابه قبل از وقوع این همه گیری در سطح کشور بر اساس جنس، سن، و استان می باشد. روش کار: گزارش های روزانه وزارت بهداشت، درمان، و آموزش پزشکی (وبدا) از موارد ابتلا و مرگ منتسب به بیماری کرونا در سطح کشور، گزارش های هفتگی سازمان ثبت احوال کشور در مورد تعداد فوت به تفکیک جنس، سن، استان، و تعداد تولد بر اساس سن مادر، جنس نوزاد، و استان محل تولد در سطح کشور، و گزارش های سرشماری مرکز آمار کشور مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. یافته ها: در دوران همه گیری بیماری کرونا در کشور میزان خام مرگ از تمام علل در مقایسه با دوران مشابه قبل از همه گیری 27 درصد افزایش داشته است. در دوران همه گیری 319،136 مورد مرگ اضافه اتفاق افتاده است که، 45% آن به صورت رسمی به وسیله وبدا به علت بیماری کرونا گزارش شده است. سال های زندگی از دست رفته در دوران همه گیری 4،897،995 برآورد شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: این بررسی اگرچه به علت محدودیت در منابع آماری دارای بعضی کمبودهای تحلیلی در جزئیات می باشد ولی به خوبی تاثیر زیانبار همه گیری کرونا در ایران را در زمینه های جمعیتی و همه گیر شناختی نشان می دهد و می توان اطلاعات این مطالعه را برای برنامه ریزی های لازم و آمادگی در زمینه برخورد با همه گیری هایی از این قبیل در آینده مورد استفاده قرار داد.   </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives: Years of life lost (YLL) or “wasted life” is a measure based on early and untimely death based on the expectation of life at the time of birth. The objective of this study is to measure the YLL during the COVID-19 epidemic in Iran and compare it with a similar antecedent period by age, sex, and province. Methods: Daily reports of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education on COVID-19 cases and attributed death in the country; Weekly statistics of death and birth, by age, sex, and province reported by the National Organization for Civil Registration; and population data from the Statistical Center of Iran were used in this study. Results: During the COVID-19 (Corona) epidemic a 27 percent increase in crude death rate was observed compared to similar period before epidemic.  During the epidemic period, 319,136 extra deaths was recorded of which 45% was registered as COVID-19 death by Ministry of Health and Medical Education. During this period, a total of 4,897,995 years of life were prematurely lost.
