fa راهکارهای مدیریت کنترل پشه آئدس و بیماری‌های منتقله از آن بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های بین المللی: یک مطالعه مروری Strategies for Managing Aedes Mosquito Control and Diseases Transmitted by It Based on International Guidelines: A Review Study عمومى General مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: تب دنگی، یک بیماری ویروسی است که توسط پشه‌های Aedes aegypti و Aedes albopictus  منتقل می‌شود. این بیماری تهدیدی جدی برای بهداشت عمومی است و با توجه به نبود درمان مؤثر، استراتژی‌های پیشگیری و کنترل اهمیت زیادی دارند. این مطالعه بر ترکیب دستورالعمل‌های بین‌المللی برای کنترل پشه‌های Aedes و مدیریت تب دنگی تمرکز دارد. روش‌ کار: این مطالعه مروری روایتی بر دستورالعمل‌های بین‌المللی برای پیشگیری و کنترل تب دنگی و پشه آئدس متمرکز بود. منابع معتبر بین‌المللی بررسی شدند. معیارهای انتخاب شامل اعتبار سازمان منتشرکننده، تمرکز بر بیماری‌های منتقله از ناقلین و سازگاری با شرایط محیطی بود. داده‌های کلیدی هر دستورالعمل شامل اهداف، پیام‌های اصلی و توصیه‌ها استخراج شدند. بازه زمانی جستجو تا 2024 و در سایت های بین المللی بود. یافته‌ها: دستورالعمل‌های بین‌المللی بر رویکرد یکپارچه در کنترل ناقلین تأکید دارند. استراتژی‌های محیطی شامل مدیریت پایدار سیستم‌های آب، حذف آب‌های راکد و دفع ایمن زباله‌ها است. کنترل‌های شیمیایی بر استفاده محتاطانه از لاروکش‌ها و سموم ضدحشره با رعایت دقیق پروتکل‌های مدیریت مقاومت تأکید دارند. مداخلات زیستی مانند معرفی گونه‌های شکارچی به آبگیرها در شرایط خاص توصیه می‌شوند. دستورالعمل‌ها بر مشارکت و آموزش جوامع تأکید داشته و همکاری‌های بین بخشی را ضروری می‌دانند. ابزارهای نوینی مانند مواد حاوی حشره‌کش، تله‌های کشنده و فناوری‌های پیش‌بینی روند بیماری نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفته‌اند. بسیج اجتماعی و همکاری بین بخشی از عناصر موفقیت بلندمدت به شمار می‌روند. نتیجه‌گیری: استراتژی‌های بین‌المللی کنترل تب دنگی یک رویکرد چندوجهی شامل مدیریت محیطی، کنترل شیمیایی و زیستی و مشارکت جامعه را ترکیب می‌کنند. اجرای این دستورالعمل‌ها همراه با پیشرفت‌های فناوری و همکاری‌های بین‌المللی می‌تواند بار جهانی تب دنگی را کاهش دهد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives: Dengue fever is a viral disease transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes, seriously threatening public health. Therefore, prevention and control strategies are critical, given the lack of effective treatment. This study aimed to combine international guidelines for controlling Aedes mosquitoes and managing dengue fever. Methods: This narrative review focused on international guidelines for preventing and controlling dengue fever and Aedes mosquitoes. Reputable international sources were reviewed, and the selection criteria included the credibility of the issuing organization, focus on vector-borne diseases, and adaptability to different environmental conditions. Key data from each guideline, including objectives, main messages, and recommendations, were extracted. The search timeframe was extended to 2024 and conducted on international websites. Results: International guidelines emphasized an integrated approach to vector control. Environmental strategies include sustainable water system management, stagnant water elimination, and safe waste disposal. Chemical controls stress the cautious use of larvicides and insecticides while strictly adhering to resistance management protocols. Biological interventions, such as introducing predator species into water bodies, were recommended in specific conditions. The guidelines also highlighted community engagement and education and advocate for intersectoral collaboration. Innovative tools such as insecticide-treated materials, lethal traps, and disease trend prediction technologies were also endorsed. Social mobilization and intersectoral cooperation were key elements for long-term success. Conclusion: International dengue control strategies combine a multifaceted approach, integrating environmental management, chemical and biological control, and community engagement.
