fa تحلیل روند خسارت های اقتصادی ناشی از مصرف سرم و واکسن ضد هاری در ایران (1401-1394) Trend Analysis of Economic Losses due to Anti-Rabies Serum and Vaccine Consumption in Iran (2015-2022) اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه و اهداف: هاری در سطح جهان خطر برای سلامت عمومی محسوب می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین مقدار و روند هزینه‌های ناشی از سرم ضدهاری و واکسن هاری در ایران بین سال‌های 1394 و 1401 بود. روش کار: با استفاده از داده‌های کشوری از فروردین 1394 تا فروردین 1401، مقدار هزینه‌ ناشی از سرم ضدهاری، واکسن هاری انسانی، و مجموع هزینه‌های این دو تعیین شدند. روند سالانه‌ هزینه‌ ناشی از سرم، واکسن، و مجموع هزینه‌ این دو با استفاده از رگرسیون Joinpoint با حداکثر یک نقطه‌ اتصال تعیین شد. یافته‌ها: بیشترین هزینه‌های سرم و واکسن هاری به ترتیب در سال‌های 1400 و 1399 (58/3 و 6/874 میلیون دلار آمریکا) مشاهده‌ شدند. میانگین درصد تغییر سالانه از نظر آماری معنی‌دار (0/001>p) و نشان‌دهنده‌ روند افزایشی هزینه‌های ناشی از مصرف سرم ضدهاری بود. روند هزینه‌ واکسن بین سال‌های 1394 و 1399 افزایشی و درصدهای تغییر سالانه بین سال‌های 1394 و 1399 (0/001>p) و سال 1400 (0/001>p) از نظر آماری معنی‌‌دار بودند. برای مجموع هزینه‌های سرم ضدهاری و واکسن هاری، میانگین درصد تغییر سالانه از نظر آماری معنی‌دار (0/001>p)  و نشان‌دهنده&lrm; روند افزایشی آن در ایران بود. نتیجه‌گیری: کم‌ترین مقدار هزینه‌ ناشی از واکسن هاری در سال 1400 مشاهده شد که ممکن است به علت رخداد پاندمی کووید-19 باشد. برای کاهش خسارت‌های ناشی از هاری، تولید داخلی سرم ضدهاری، پیاده‌سازی اقدام‌های کنترلی هاری در جمعیت سگ‌های بدون سرپرست، و افزایش آگاهی جمعیت عمومی در زمینه‌ حیوان‌گزیدگی به‌ویژه سگ‌گزیدگی توصیه می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objectives: Rabies is a public health threat worldwide. This study aimed to determine the amount and trend of the costs of anti-rabies serum and rabies vaccine in Iran between 2015 and 2022. Methods: Using national data from March 2015 to March 2022, the cost of anti-rabies serum, human rabies vaccine, and the total cost of both were determined. The annual trend of the serum, vaccine, and total cost was determined using Joinpoint regression with a maximum of one. Results: The highest rabies serum and vaccine costs were observed in 2021 and 2020 (58.3 and 6.874 US million dollars), respectively. Average Annual Percent Change was statistically significant (p<0.001) and indicated an increasing trend in the costs of anti-rabies serum. The trend in vaccine costs between 2015 and 2020 was increasing, and the annual percent change between 2015 and 2020 (p˂0.001) and 2021 (p˂0.001) were statistically significant. The average annual percentage change was statistically significant for the total costs of anti-rabies serum and rabies vaccine (p˂0.001) and indicated an increasing trend in Iran. Conclusion: The lowest rabies vaccine costs were observed in 2021, which might be due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
