fa در ملانوم بدخیم Consumption of the epidermis عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="direction: rtl"><b>زمینه و هدف:</b> (consumption of the epidermis (COE با نازک‌شدن اپی‌درم و از دست دادن رت‌ریج‌های مجاور با دسته‌های سلول‌های بدخیم ملانوسیتی مشخص می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اهمیت COE به‌عنوان یک معیار تشخیصی برای ملانوم بدخیم و ارزیابی ارتباط آن با یافته‌های clinicopathological بوده است.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>روش اجرا:</b> در این پژوهش سن، جنسیت، محل ضایعه و پارامترهای آسیب‌شناسی مانند نوع تومور، ضخامت Breslow، وجود زخم، سطح Clark و COE در 90 مورد ملانوم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>یافته‌ها:</b> برخلاف دیگر مطالعات، COE در بیماران با acral lentiginous melanoma و در نواحی آکرال شایع‌تر بود.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> گرچه COE می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک معیار آسیب‌شناختی در تشخیص ملانوم بدخیم استفاده شود، اما همبستگی COE با وجود زخم و سایر عوامل پیش‌آگهی در ملانوم وجود ندارد.</div><p></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><b>Background and Aim:</b> Consumption of the epidermis (COE) is defined as thinning of the epidermis with attenuation of the basal and suprabasal layers and loss of rete ridges in areas of direct contact with malignant melanocytes. The aim of this study was to investigate the importance of COE as an additional diagnostic criterion for malignant melanoma and to evaluate its relationship to clinicopathological findings.</p><p style="text-align: justify"><b>Methodes:</b> The age, gender, localization of the lesion and the histopathological parameters such as tumor type, Breslow thickness, ulceration, and Clark's level were recoeded in 90 malignant melanoma cases.</p><p style="text-align: justify"><b>Results:</b> In contrast to other studies, we found that COE was more common in tumors with an acral localization and in the acral lentiginous melanoma.</p><p style="text-align: justify"><b>Conclusion:</b> Although COE can be used as a pathological criterion in the diagnosis of malignant melanoma, but no correlation no of COE with ulceration and other prognostic factors were found.</p> اپیدرم،ملانوم،پیش‌آگهی epidermis,melanoma,prognosis 210 214 http://jdc.tums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-25-14&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 Azita Nikoo آزیتا نیکو No Kambiz Kamyab Hesari کامبیز کامیاب‌حصاری Yes
