fa بررسی دموگرافیک ریزش موی اسکاری نوتروفیلیک در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان رازی تهران طی سال‌های 1388-1384 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: right"><p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL"><span lang="AR-SA"><b>زمینه و هدف:</b> آلوپسی سیکاترسیل با تخریب پایدار واحد پیلوسباسه مشخص می‌شود که به ریزش موی برگشت‌ناپذیر منجر می‌شود و دو نوع اولیه و ثانویه دارد. نوع اولیه بر اساس اینفیلترای التهابی غالب در بافت‌شناسی به سه دسته نوتروفیلیک، لنفوسیتیک و مختلط تقسیم می‌شود. دکالونس فولیکولیت، دایسکتینگ سلولیت و آکنه کلوئیدالیس سه زیرگروه آلوپسی سیکاتریسیل اولیه‌ی نوتروفیلیک هستند. در این مطالعه فراوانی هر یک از این سه زیرگروه و تفکیک سنی و جنسی آن‌ها بررسی شده است.<o:p /></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL"><b>روش اجرا:</b> این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی گذشته‌نگر روی بیماران با تشخیص بالینی و تأیید بافت‌شناسی آلوپسی سیکاتریسیل اولیه‌ی نوتروفیلیک مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه پوست بیمارستان رازی طی سال‌های 88-1384 صورت گرفت.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL"><span lang="AR-SA"><b>یافته‌ها:</b> از 135 بیمار با میانگین سنی </span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height: 26px">32±10.6</span> سال، 71.9% مرد و 28.1% زن بودند</span><span dir="LTR"></span><span dir="LTR"><span dir="LTR"></span>.</span><span dir="RTL"></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span dir="RTL"></span> انواع بیماری شامل دکالونس فولیکولیت </span>72.6%<span lang="AR-SA"> با میانگین سنی 31.89 سال، دایسکتینگ سلولیت (25.0%) با میانگین سنی 32.4 سال و تنها 2 مورد (1.5%) آکنه کلوئیدالیس با میانگین سنی 52 سال بودند. میانگین دوره‌ی بیماری در کل بیماران </span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height: 26px">4.2±3.9</span> (میانگین 4.03 سال در بیماران مرد و 4.7 سال در بیماران زن) بود . میانگین دوره‌ی بیماری در دکالونس فولیکولیت 4.7 سال، در دایسکتینگ سلولیت 1.9 سال و در آکنه کلوئیدالیس 17.5 سال بود.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="RTL"><b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> آلوپسی سیکاتریسیل نوع نوتروفیلیک در مردان و در دهه‌ی سوم عمر شایع‌تر است و دکالونس فولیکولیت شایع‌ترین آن‌ها می‌باشد.</p></div> <p class="NormalLeft"><b>Background and Aim:</b> Cicatricial alopecia is characterized by permanent <a name="P15">destruction of the pilosebaceous unit, leading to irreversible hair loss</a>, and has primary and secondary types. Primary type, based on predominant inflammatory infiltration in histology, is divided to neutrophilic, lymphocytic and mix<span dir="RTL"></span><span dir="RTL"><span dir="RTL"></span> </span>types. Decalvans folliculitis, dissecting cellulitis and acne keloidalis are 3 subtypes of neutrophilic group. In this study frequency of each subtype and the distribution of age, gender and duration of disease have been reviewed. </p> <p class="NormalLeft"><b>Methods:</b> This retrospective study was performed on patients with clinical diagnosis of cicatricial alopecia and histologic confirmation referred to Razi hospital in Tehran in 2005-2009.</p> <p class="NormalLeft"><b>Results:</b> Of 135 patients with mean (mean±SD) age of 32±10.6 years, 71.9% were male and 28.1% were female. The diagnoses included decalvans folliulitis (72.6%) with mean age of 31.89 years, dissecting cellulitis (25.0%) with mean age of 32.4 years and acne keloidalis (1.5%) with mean age of 52 years. The mean duration of disease was 4.2±3.9 years (4.08 years in male and 4.7 years in female).
