fa تظاهرات پوستی در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی مزمن کلیه تحت درمان با همودیالیز در مرکز دیالیز بیمارستان شهید محمدی بندرعباس عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="direction: rtl"><strong style="line-height: 2.2">زمینه و هدف:</strong> نارسایی کلیوی مزمن یک وضعیت بالینی است که در آن عملکرد کلیه‌ها کاهش یافته است. نارسایی کلیوی مزمن همراه با تظاهرات پوستی متعددی است که با شروع دیالیز ممکن است تظاهرات پوستی جدیدی نیز ظاهر شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع مشکلات پوستی در میان بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی کلیوی مزمن تحت دیالیز بود.</div> <div style="direction: rtl"><strong style="font-weight: bold line-height: 2.2">روش اجرا:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 60 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی کلیوی مزمن مراجعه‌کننده به تنها مرکز دیالیز استان در بیمارستان شهید محمدی صورت گرفت. بیماران ازنظر تغییرات پوستی توسط متخصص پوست مورد معاینه‌ی دقیق قرار گرفتند. جهت توصیف و تحلیل داده‌های آماری از نرم‌افزار SPSS 16 و آزمون‌های آماری t و Chi² استفاده شد. سطح معنی‌داری 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد.</div><div style="direction: rtl"><strong style="font-weight: bold line-height: 2.2">یافته‌ها:</strong> شایع‌ترین یافته‌ها، خشکی پوست در 78.3%، رنگ‌پریدگی در 71.7% و خارش در 58.3% بیماران بود. سایر یافته‌های بالینی شایع به‌ترتیب عبات بودند از: ناخن (half & half (35%، هیپوملانوز قطره‌ای ایدیوپاتیک (33.3%)، زردی پوست (31.7%)، هیپرکراتوز زیر ناخن (30%)، اونیکولیز (20%)، شیار عرضی ناخن (15%)، cherry‌ آنژیوما (15%)، هیپرپیگمانتاسیون پوست (15%) و پورپورا (13.3%).</div><div style="direction: rtl"><strong style="font-weight: bold line-height: 2.2">نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نارسایی کلیوی مزمن با تظاهرات پوستی متعددی همراه است که می‌تواند به علت دیالیز یا بیماری زمینه‌ای باشد.این تغییرات بسیار متنوع است که شایع‌ترین آنها خشکی پوست و رنگ‌پریدگی می‌باشد. تشخیص زودرس این مشکلات ممکن است در کاهش ابتلا و بهبود کیفیت زندگی این بیماران مؤثر باشد.</div><p></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Chronic renal failure is a clinical state which results in declining the kidney function. Chronic renal failure has numerous cutaneous manifestations, when the process of hemodialysis begins, new changes may appear as a result. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of cutaneous problems among patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in Bandar Abbas, Iran.<br><strong>Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study, 60 patients with chronic renal failure under hemodialysis in Shahid Mohammadi Hospital Dialysis Center were examined by a dermatologist. The data were gathered and analyzed by SPSS software (version 16) using descriptive statistics, t and chi2 tests. P less than 0.05 was considered significant.<br><strong>Results:</strong> The most common skin findings were dry skin (78.3%), followed by pallor (71.7%) and pruritus (58.3%). Other common cutaneous manifestations were half-half nail (35%), idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis (33.3%), yellowish skin color change (31.7%), subungal hyperkeratosis (30%), onycholysis (20%), beau's line (15%), cherry angioma (15%), skin hyperpigmentation (15%) and purpura (13.3%).<br><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Chronic renal failure is associated with various cutaneous manifestations caused by hemodiaysis or the disease itself. The most common ones are dry skin and pallor.
