fa دیدگاه اعضای هیأت ممتحنه‌ی آزمون دانش‌نامه‌ی (بورد) تخصصی بیماری‌های پوست درخصوص چگونگی اصلاح روایی آن Viewpoints of Iran Dermatology Board Examination committee members on improving its validity تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report زمینه و هدف: اخذ مدرک دانش‌نامه‌ی تخصصی نه‌تنها تداعی‌گر وجهه‌ی حرفه‌ای مناسب‌تری است، بلکه با فراهم‌آوردن امتیازاتی نظیر امکان فعالیت در دانشگاه‌ها، فرصت‌های شغلی بیشتری را برای دارنده‌ی آن به‌وجود می‌آورد. درستی هر آزمون در سنجش عملکرد شرکت‌کنندگان در آن از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخودار است. یکی از مؤلفه‌های اصلی در ارتباط با درستی یک آزمون، روایی آن است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی دیدگاه اعضای هیأت ممتحنه‌ی آزمون دانش‌نامه‌ی تخصصی بیماری‌های پوست درخصوص امکان اصلاح روایی آن بود.<o:p />   روش اجرا: این مطالعه در قالب پژوهشی پیمایشی طراحی و اجرا شد. ابتدا مصاحبه‌های انفرادی بدون ساختار با 2 نفر از اعضای هیأت ممتحنه9ی آزمون دانش‌نامه‌ی رشته‌ی تخصصی بیماری‌های پوست، 2 نفر از اعضای هیأت‌علمی که عضو هیأت ممتحنه‌ی آزمون نبودند و 2 نفر از دستیاران رشته‌ی تخصصی پوست انجام شد. پس از تحلیل محتوایی، تنظیم گویه‌ها و انجام برخی اصلاحات براساس نظر خبرگان، روایی صوری و روایی محتوایی ابزار تهیه‌شده موردتأیید قرار گرفت. سپس این ابزار در زمان برگزاری جلسات طراحی سؤالات سال 1392 در اختیار اعضای حاضر در جلسات قرار گرفت. پس از جمع‌آوری، داده‌ها در پایگاه داده‌ای که به این منظور طراحی شده بود وارد شدند.<o:p />   یافته‌ها: پانزده نفر از 16 نفر حاضر عضو هیأت ممتحنه‌ی آزمون دانش‌نامه‌ی رشته‌ی تخصصی بیماری‌های پوست سال 1392 گویه‌های موردنظر خود را در ابزار مورد استفاده انتخاب کردند. ده نفر (7/66%) از پاسخ‌دهندگان مرد بودند. میانگین (انحراف‌معیار) سن شرکت‌کنندگان و مدت عضویت آن‌ها در هیأت ممتحنه‌ی آزمون به‌ترتیب برابر 1/56 (8/7) سال و 6/9 (2/6) سال بود. سخت‌ترین و آسان‌ترین گویه‌ها عبارت بودند از: «استفاده‌ی بیشتر از سؤالات key feature problem (KFP) در آزمون کتبی دانش‌نامه‌ی رشته‌ی تخصصی بیماری‌های پوست می‌تواند به سنجش بهتر توان تصمیم‌گیری تشخیصی دستیاران منجر شود» و «در آزمون دانش‌نامه نگرش دستیاران نسبت به مقوله‌ی اخلاق به شکل مناسبی سنجیده می‌شود». برای ارزیابی هم‌سانی داخلی ابزار، آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد که مقدار آن 76/0 بود.<o:p />   نتیجه‌گیری: درحالی که 53% اعضای هیأت ممتحنه‌ی آزمون دانش‌نامه‌ی تخصصی بیماری‌های پوست مخالف آن بودند که آزمون کتبی، حیطه‌های دانش دستیاران را به‌درستی می‌سنجد، اکثریت آن‌ها با روش‌های اصلاح روایی آزمون کتبی نیز مخالف بودند. هم‌چنین اکثریت آن‌ها با به‌کارگیری روش‌های اصلاح روایی آزمون شفاهی نیز مخالف بودند.<o:p /> <div> <table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" align="center"> <tbody><tr> <td valign="top" align="left" style="padding: 0cm 9.05pt"> Background and Aim: Board certification in any specialty is associated with a better professional reputation as well as some other advantagessuch as the opportunity of working as an academician. Accuracy of any test in the assessment of its participant performance is of paramount importance. One of the main factors regarding test accuracy is its validity.The aim of this study was to investigate the views of the Iranian Board of Dermatology Examination Committee (IBDEC) Members onimproving its validity. Methods: This study was a cross sectional survey. In order to extract the items for development of the instrument for the survey, unstructured individual interviews were conducted with two members of the IBDEC, two faculty members who were not members of the IBDEC, and two resident dermatologists. Afterperforming a content analysis, writing the items, and making revisions in accordance with the expert panel suggestions, the face and content validities of the developed instrument were confirmed by the panel. The instrument was distributed among the members of the IBDEC in September 2013. The collected data were entered into a data set. Results: Fifteen of 16 present members of the IBDEC answered and returned the instrument to the distributer. Ten (%66.7) of participants were male. Mean (standard deviation [SD]) of age and membership duration in IBDEC of the participants were 56.1 (7.8) and 9.6 (6.2) years, respectively. The most difficult and easiest items for being agreed upon were: "Inclusion of key feature problems (KFP) in the written examination may result in better assessment of the residents' clinical decision making" and: "In the board examination, attitudes of the residents towards ethical issues are assessed properly".Cronbach's α was calculated for assessment of the internal consistency of the instrument and was equaled to 0.76. </td> </tr> </tbody></table> </div> Conclusion: While 53% of the IBDEC members were disagree with that the written board examination can assess residents' different levels of knowledgeproperly, the majority of them were also disagree with the implementation of suggested approved methods for improving the validity of the written board examination.
