fa درموسکوپی در تشخیص سرطان‌های پوستی غیرملانومی تخصصي Special مروري Review <span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;">امروزه در پزشکی نوین گرایش زیادی برای استفاده از روش‌های تشخیصی و درمانی غیرتهاجمی یا کمتر تهاجمی همراه با دقت و اثر بالا وجود دارد. درخصوص تشخیص و درمان سرطان‌های پوستی غیرملانومی&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="LTR">(non melanoma skin cancer-NMSC)</span><span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;که پروتوتیپ آن‌ها بازال سل کارسینوم&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="LTR">(BCC)</span><span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;و اسکواموس سل کارسینوم&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="LTR">(SCC)</span><span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;می‌باشد و البته شایع‌ترین سرطان‌های انسانی نیز تلقی می‌شوند، چنین قاعده‌ای صادق است. لذا در این مقاله‌ی مروری بر آن شدیم تا ارزش و ویژگی‌های تشخیصی درموسکوپی (به‌عنوان ابزار ارزیابی درماتولوژیک نوظهور و روبه‌رشد و در عین حال غیرتهاجمی) در&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="LTR">&nbsp;NMSC</span><span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;">را مورد بررسی قرار دهیم؛ باشد که این مطالعه زیربنا و بستری برای استفاده روزافزون و کارا از درموسکوپی در بررسی سرطان‌های پوستی خصوصاً&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="LTR">NMSC</span><span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;باشد.</span></span><div style="clear:both;"></div> Nowadays, in modern medicine, there is a great tendency to use non invasive or less invasive diagnostic and therapeutic methods with high precision and effectiveness. This is also true about diagnosis and treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers (NMSCs), that the prototypes are basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) which also considered as the most common human cancers. Therefore, in this review, we present the value and diagnostic features of the dermoscopy (as an emerging and growing non-invasive dermatological evaluation tool) for approaching to NMSC.
