fa علائم ناشی از گزش ساس تخت‌خواب به‌عنوان آفت مهم بهداشتی و شهری تخصصي Special مروري Review <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">ساس</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">تخت‌خواب </span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">(Cimex lectularius)</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> حشره&shy;ای شب‌فعال است که در تمام مراحل زندگی خود از خون انسان تغذیه می&shy;کند و به‌عنوان انگل خارجی انسان شناخته می&shy;شود. خون‌خواری ساس تخت‌خواب به‌طور معمول از صورت، گردن، دست&shy;ها، بازو&shy;ها، شانه&shy;ها، پا&shy;ها و به‌خصوص نقاطی از بدن که هنگام خواب برهنه هستند صورت می‌گیرد. عکس‌العمل افراد نسبت به گزش ساس تخت‌خواب متفاوت بوده و ممکن است به‌صورت خارش جزئی تا حساسیت‌های بسیار شدید بروز نماید. به‌طور کلی بعد از 24-1 ساعت علائم ظاهر می&shy;شوند و معمولاً شامل پاپول‌های خوشه‌ای قرمز رنگ کوچک با قطر کمتر از 5 میلی‌متر و با فاصله کم از هم، همراه با التهاب و خارش شدید است. به‌طور کلی مهم‌ترین مشخصه‌ی آن سه نقطه در یک ترکیب خطی یا منحنی بر روی بدن است که اصطلاحاً به آن الگوی &laquo;صبح، ظهر و شب&raquo; می‌گویند. گزارشات متعددی از آلودگی منازل مسکونی و گزش‌های این حشره خون‌خوار بر روی بدن افراد سالانه در کشور وجود دارد و اکثریت عموم جامعه در ابتدا قادر به تشخیص صحیح علائم گزش ساس تخت‌خواب نیستند بنابراین، این مقاله با مطرح‌کردن نکات کلیدی می‌تواند راهنمایی برای شناسایی علائم گزش این حشره آلرژی‌زا، توسط پزشکان و متخصصان به‌ویژه درماتولوژیست‌ها، جهت درمان به‌موقع بیمار باشد.</span></span></span> Bed bug (Cimex lectularius) is an nocturnal insect that feeding on human blood at all stages of them life, and known as a human ectoparasite. Bed bug is usually feeding from the face, neck, arms, arms, shoulders, legs, and especially parts of the body that are bare during sleep. Persons reaction differently to bed bug bites and may experience minor itching to severe allergies. Symptoms usually appear after 1 to 24 hours and usually include small red cluster papules less than 5 mm in diameter and at a short distance from each other, with severe inflammation and itching. In general, the most important characteristic of those three points is a linear or curve sequence on the body, which is called &ldquo;breakfast, lunch and dinner&rdquo; pattern. There are numerous reports of house infestation and the bite of this blood-feeding insect on the body of persons in the country annually, and in initial the majority of the public is unable to correctly identify the symptoms of bed bug bites.
