fa واکنش پوستی گزش کک گربه (Ctenocephalides felis felis) در انسان: گزارش یک مورد تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> کک‌ها حشرات کوچک و خون‌خواری هستند که می‌توانند برخی از پاتوژن‌های بیماری‌زا را به انسان و حیوان منتقل کنند. </span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">گزارش مورد:</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این گزارش خانم 21 ساله‌ای معرفی می‌شود که با شکایت واکنش‌های شدید پوستی در ساعد دست راست به درمانگاه مراجعه کرد. پس از معاینات اولیه، واکنش پوستی ناشی از نیش برخی از حشرات مکنده خون انسان تشخیص داده شد. بعد از 15 روز علائم با استفاده از کرم گیاهی موضعی </span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">(After bite)</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و آنتی‌هیستامین خوراکی درمان شد. </span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> افزایش آگاهی پزشکان از علائم این آفت بهداشتی به‌عنوان درمانگر می‌تواند در تسریع روند درمان کمک‌کننده باشد.</span></span></span> <p>Introduction: Fleas are small, blood-sucking insects that can transmit some pathogens to human and animals.</p> <p>Case Report: This paper presents a 21-year-old woman with severe skin reactions in her right forearm. After initial examinations, the symptoms were recognized as skin reaction caused by the bite of some human blood-sucking insects. Finally, after 15 days of flea bites, the symptoms were treated with topical after bite cream and oral antihistamines.
