fa مروری بر ترکیبات زیست‌‌فعال سیانوباکتری‌ها و ریزجلبک‌ها به‌عنوان مکمل‌های آرایشی ـ بهداشتی فراسودمند تخصصي Special مروري Review <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">امروزه متابولیت‌های ارزشمند ریزجلبک‌ها در تولید بسیاری از محصولات آرایشی بهداشتی کاربرد عمده‌ای دارد؛ چراکه زیست‌توده جلبک‌ها حاوی رنگدانه‌ها، پروتئین‌ها، اسیدهای چرب ضروری، پلی‌ساکاریدها، ویتامین‌ها و مواد معدنی است که همگی در تهیه مواد طبیعی هم به‌عنوان غذا و هم در لوازم آرایشی مورداستفاده هستند. درواقع این متابولیت‌های ثانویه با اثرات ضدلک و ضدمیکروبی، ضدپیری، ضدآفتاب و سفیدکننده پوست می‌توانند پوست را ترمیم و التیام بخشیده و از پوست در برابر آسیب اشعه فرابنفش محافظت و از التهاب جلوگیری نماید. محصولات آرایشی موجود را می‌توان در بسیاری از موارد با محصولات آرایشی مشتق‌شده از ریزجلبک‌ها که سازگار با محیط زیست و همین‌طور ایمن هستند، جایگزین کرد. اثرات ریزجلبک‌ها و محصولات غذایی مشتق‌شده از آن‌ها در مطالعات مختلف تغذیه‌ای در سراسر جهان آزمایش شده است. با این حال، مطالعات بسیار کمی در مورد کاربردهای آرایشی آن‌ها وجود دارد؛ لذا در این مقاله مروری سعی گردید به بررسی چندین گونه ریزجلبک، روش‌های کشت، استفاده از زیست‌توده و مولکول‌های زیست‌فعال مشتق‌شده از ریزجلبک‌ها در تولید محصولات ضدپیری، ضدآفتاب و سفید‌کننده پوست در فرمولاسیون ترکیبات آرایشی بپردازد.</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Today, the valuable metabolites of microalgae are widely used in the production of many cosmetic products, as the biomass of algae contains pigments, proteins, essential fatty acids, polysaccharides, vitamins and minerals, all of which are present in both natural foods and cosmetics are used. In fact, these secondary metabolites with </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">anti-blemish </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">and anti-microbial, anti-aging, sunscreen and skin whitening effects can repair and heal the skin and protect the skin from UV damage and prevent inflammation. Existing cosmetics can in many cases be replaced with microalgae-derived cosmetics that are environmentally friendly as well as safe. The effects of microalgae and their derivatives have been tested in various nutritional studies around the world.
