fa بررسی دموگرافیک بیماران ارجاع‌شده از پزشکی قانونی به بیمارستان پوست رازی در مهر ـ اسفند سال 1397 Demographic study of patients referred from Tehran Province Forensic Medicine Department to Razi Hospital in September 2018-March 2019 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: صدمات پوستی با علل مختلف، احتمال منتهی‌شدن به شکایت قضایی دارند. قبل از اظهارنظر کمیسیون تخصصی پزشکی قانونی، شاکیان به مراجع تخصصی مانند بیمارستان رازی ارجاع داده می‌شوند. بررسی حاضر به مطالعه دموگرافیک شکایات بیماران در بدو ارجاع و تشخیص اولیه در یک دوره 6 ماهه پرداخته است. روش اجرا: در این مطالعه گذشته‌نگر، بیماران ارجاعی از پزشکی قانونی در شش ماهه دوم سال 1397 برای ویزیت اولیه، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. شکایت بیمار در بدو مراجعه و تشخیص بالینی مطرح‌شده، در معاینه اولیه ثبت گردید. یافته‌ها: در کل تعداد 220 بیمار شامل 176 زن (80%) و 44 مرد (20%) با میانگین سنی 8/34 سال بررسی شدند. 42 شکایت مختلف ازجمله کنده‌شدن تروماتیک موها با 91 مورد (4/41%) ـ شایع‌ترین مورد ـ و بعد از آن صدمات ناشی از لیزر موی زائد با 32 مورد (6/14%) و تزریق فیلر با 16 مورد (3/7%) مستند گردید. اسکار ناشی از تروما، واکنش به مواد شیمیایی در حین کار یا برخورد تصادفی، صدمات نادر ناشی از اقدامات درمانی و حتی در مواردی شکایت به‌خاطر پدیکولوز (آلودگی محل اقامت) یا زوستر (شکایت از وضعیت نگهداری در مرکز درمانی) و غیره به‌صورت موردی دیده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: کنده‌شدن تروماتیک موها (عمدتاً در اثر نزاع) شایع‌ترین شکایت بود. آگاهی از موارد دیگر می‌تواند به گسترش افق دید پزشکان درخصوص طیف وسیع شکایات قابل طرح و اصلاح روند برخی اقدامات درمانی منجر گردد. Background and Aim: Skin injuries with various causes may lead to legal action. Complaints are referred to specialized authorities such as Razi Hospital, before specialized forensic medicine commission comment. The present study surveyed demography of patients' complaints and initial diagnosis at the time of referral over a period of 6 months.   Methods: In this retrospective study, patients referred for initial visit, from Forensic Medicine Office in the September 2018-March 2019, were examined. The patients' complaints at the time of referral and the clinical diagnosis made at the initial examination were recorded.    Results: A total of 220 patients including 176 women (80%) and 44 men (20%) with a mean age of 34.8 years were included. 42 different complaints were documented, including traumatic hair loss with 91 cases (41.4%) - the most common - followed by complications of laser hair removal with 32 cases (14.6%) and filler injections with 16 cases (7.3%). Scarring from trauma, reaction to chemicals during work or accidental contact, rare injuries from various treatments, and even cases of pediculosis (contamination of the accommodation) or zoster (complaint about care in the treatment center), etc. were observed.   Conclusion: Traumatic hair loss (mainly due to fight) was the most common complaint.
