fa مروری بر اثرات قارچ ری‌شی (Ganoderma lucidum) در بهداشت پوست و درمان بیماری‌های پوستی عمومى General مروري Review <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">قارچ ری‌شی با نام علمی </span>Ganoderma lucidum<span dir="RTL"> یک قارچ دارویی منحصربه‌فرد است که بیش از 4 هزار سال قدمت استفاده برای درمان بیماری‌های مختلف در کشورهای آسیایی دارد. امروزه در اکثر نقاط دنیا از این قارچ در درمان‌های مرتبط با طب سنتی استفاده می‌شود. اخیراً در میان فعالیت‌های متنوع زیستی قارچ ری‌شی، اثرات مثبت آن در بهبود کیفیت پوست و درمان بیماری&shy;های پوستی مورد توجه محققین قرار گرفته است. پلی‌ساکاریدها و تری‌ترپن‌ها در زمره مهم‌ترین متابولیت&shy;های اثرگذار و اصلی این قارچ هستند که به‌دلیل عملکرد آنتی‌اکسیدانی و ضدالتهابی خود در بحث درمان و بهداشت پوست حائز اهمیت است. این مقاله مروری به تجمیع آخرین دستاوردهای تحقیقاتی بر روی نقش این قارچ در بهداشت و درمان پوست می‌پردازد. تحقیقات متعدد نشان داده است که عصاره&shy;های قارچ ری‌شی در مواردی هم‌چون تسریع ترمیم زخم، تسکین عفونت&shy;های پس &shy;از سوختگی و پیشگیری از فلاپ پوست در اثر آسیب ایسکمی (خون&shy;رسانی مجدد) قابلیت دارد. تأثیر عصاره‌های قارچ ری‌شی بر جلوگیری و درمان چروکیدگی و تأثیر بر سفیدکردن پوست، آن&shy;ها را به&shy; یک ماده طبیعی برای مراقبت از پوست تبدیل کرده &shy;است. هم‌چنین مطالعات صورت‌گرفته بر روی اثرات قارچ ری‌شی در درمان برخی از بیماری‌های پوستی نظیر آتوپیک (درماتیک و اگزما)، سارکوئیدوز جلدی و کاربرد بالقوه این قارچ در درمان سرطان پوستی در این مقاله مروری بررسی شده‌اند.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) is a unique medicinal mushroom that has been used for the treatment of various diseases in Asian countries for more than 4 thousand years. Today, this mushroom is also used in treatments related to traditional medicine. In addition to its diverse biological properties, its positive effects in improving the quality of the skin and treating skin diseases have attracted the attention of researchers. Polysaccharides and triterpenes are among the most important and effective metabolites of this mushroom, which are important in skin treatment and health due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory functions. This review summarizes the latest research achievements on the role of this mushroom in skin health and treatment. A number of studies have shown that the extracts of Reishi mushroom can accelerate wound healing, relieve post-burn infections, and prevent skin flaps due to ischemia (re-perfusion) damage. The effect of Reishi mushroom extracts on the prevention and treatment of wrinkles and the effect on skin whitening has made them a natural ingredient for skin care.
