fa بررسی تأثیر موضعی پروبیوتیک‌ها بر بهبود زخم‌ها عمومى General مروري Review <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">درمان بیماری‌های مزمن مانند زخم پای دیابتی </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">(DFU)</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> به‌دلیل احتمال افزایش عفونت و تأخیر در بهبود زخم، چالش‌برانگیز است. پیچیدگی درمان موجود، اثرات نامطلوب و مقاومت میکروبی بر نیاز به یک رویکرد جایگزین برای مدیریت </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">DFU</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> تأکید دارد. شواهد فزاینده مرتبط با کاربرد پروبیوتیک در بیماری‌های مختلف، شایستگی استفاده از آن‌را در بهبود زخم و عفونت نشان می‌دهد. سویه‌های مختلف پروبیوتیک، کارایی خود را در عفونت‌های مختلف مانند عفونت‌های روده، عفونت‌های دهان و عفونت‌های دستگاه تناسلی نشان داده‌اند. مطالعات بالینی توانایی پروبیوتیک‌ها را برای بهبود زخم معده نشان داده‌اند. مکانیسم اساسی اثرات درمانی پروبیوتیک‌ها شامل تعدیل ایمنی موضعی و سیستمیک است. این مقاله بر این فرضیه تمرکز دارد که کاربرد‌های موضعی فرمولاسیون حاوی پروبیوتیک‌ها ممکن است برای درمان زخم پای دیابتی مؤثر باشد.</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Treatment of chronic conditions like diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is challenging due to increased susceptibility for infection and delayed wound healing. Complexity of existing therapy, adverse effects and microbial resistance emphasizes the need of an alternative approach for the management of DFU. The increasing body of evidence associated with probiotic application in diverse disease states merits its use in wound healing and infection too. Different probiotic strains have shown their efficacy in various infections like gut infections, oral infections and urogenital infections. Experimental studies have demonstrated probiotics&rsquo; ability for gastric ulcer healing. Underlying mechanism of the above therapeutic effects of probiotics involves modulation of local and systemic immunity. The hypothesis is based on the concept that mechanism of anti-infective and ulcer healing action of probiotics will be similar in peripheral wounds and ulcers as on any other part of the body.
