fa گزارش یک مورد: علائم پوستی ناشی از گزش عنکبوت در کودک هفت ساله در جزیره قشم عمومى General گزارش مورد case report <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span bold="" class="AbstractBoldChar" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:bold"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">مقدمه:</span></span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> عنکبوت‌ها یکی از بزرگترین راسته‌های عنکبوتیان هستند که در سراسر جهان در تمام قاره‌ها به‌جز قطب جنوب یافت می‌شوند. بسیاری از گونه‌های عنکبوت در مجاورت با انسان زیست می‌کنند و عموماً برای محافظت از خود یا جهت شکار، زهر را به حیوانات دیگر ازجمله انسان تزریق می‌کنند. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span bold="" class="AbstractBoldChar" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:bold"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">گزارش مورد: </span></span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">در این گزارش یک کودک هفت ساله معرفی می‌شود که با شکایت واکنش‌های پوستی در ناحیه چشم، زانو و ساق دست به بیمارستان مراجعه کرد. ضایعات پوستی بعد از چند ساعت بر روی بدن کودک ظاهر شد. بعد از گذشت 24 ساعت ضایعات پوستی شدت یافته و التهاب و قرمزی همراه با خارش در محل گزش بر روی بدن کودک ایجاد شد. سرانجام بعد از 5 روز ضایعات پوستی با شست‌وشوی آب و صابون همراه با مصرف پماد کالامین به‌کلی از بین رفته و محل گزش بهبود یافت.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span bold="" class="AbstractBoldChar" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:bold"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> افزایش آگاهی پزشکان از علائم این بندپایان مزاحم به‌عنوان درمانگر، می‌تواند در تسریع روند درمان کمک‌کننده باشد.</span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span bold="" class="NormalLeftBoldChar" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:bold">Background and Aim</span></span>: Spiders are one of the largest orders of arachnids, found worldwide on all continents except Antarctica. Many species of spiders live in close proximity to humans and generally inject poison into other animals, including humans, to protect themselves or to hunt<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span bold="" class="NormalLeftBoldChar" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:bold">Case Report</span></span>: In this paper, a seven-year-old boy is presented who came to the hospital complaining of skin reactions in the eye, knee, and lower leg area. Skin lesions appeared on the boy&#39;s body after a few hours. After 24 hours, the skin lesions intensified, and inflammation and redness along with itching occurred on the boy&#39;s body.
