fa توکسین بوتولینوم مصپورت® یا دیستون®: مقایسه اثربخشی، عوارض و طول اثر Botulinum toxins, Masport® vs Dyston®: Comparison of efficacy, side effects and duration of effect عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: با افزایش استفاده از توکسین بوتولینوم برای درمان چین و چروک‌های ناحیه گلابلا به‌خصوص در کشور ایران و قیمت نسبتاً بالای محصولات خارجی (مثل دیسپورت®)، مقایسه اثربخشی، عوارض و ماندگاری اثر بین دو برند ایرانی توکسین بوتولینوم مصپورت® و دیستون® از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی و مقایسه نتایج درمان با این دو دارو انجام شد. روش اجرا: در این مطالعه مقطعی ـ توصیفی ـ گذشته‌نگر، پرونده 81 بیمار که برای درمان چین‌های متوسط تا شدید ناحیه گلابلا به بیمارستان پوست رازی مراجعه کرده بودند، بررسی شد. اطلاعات مرتبط با میزان رضایت، ماندگاری اثر و عوارض جانبی توکسین بوتولینوم مصپورت® و دیستون® ازطریق پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین رضایت‌مندی از درمان در گروه دیستون® 7 و در گروه مصپورت® 7/7 بود که تفاوت آماری معناداری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (142/0=P). همچنین، میانگین ماندگاری اثر برای دیستون® 5/3 ماه و برای مصپورت® 8/3 ماه گزارش شد که تفاوت معناداری نداشت. ازنظر عوارض جانبی، سردرد شایع‌ترین عارضه جانبی بود و عارضه جانبی مهمی رویت نگردید. هم‌چنین تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در میزان بروز عوارض مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که هر دو داروی دیستون® و مصپورت® اثربخشی و ایمنی مشابهی دارند و انتخاب میان آن‌ها می‌تواند بیشتر براساس هزینه و ترجیح بیمار یا پزشک باشد تا تفاوت‌های درمانی واقعی. پیشنهاد می‌شود مطالعات بیشتری با حجم نمونه بزرگ‌تر برای بررسی دقیق‌تر انجام شود. Background and aim: As the use of botulinum toxin to treat glabellar lines increases, particularly in Iran, where foreign products (e.g. Dysport) are relatively expensive, it becomes important to compare the efficacy, side effects, and duration of action of two locally produced botulinum toxin brands, Masport® and Dyston®. This study seeks to assess and compare the treatment results of these two medications.   Methods: In this cross-sectional, descriptive, retrospective study, the medical records of 81 patients who visited Razi Dermatology Hospital for the treatment of moderate to severe glabellar lines were reviewed. Data related to patient satisfaction, duration of action, and side effects of Masport® and Dyston® botulinum toxin were collected and analyzed via a questionnaire.   Results: The mean satisfaction score was 7 for the Dyston® group and 7.7 for the Masport® group, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=0.142). Additionally, the mean duration of action was 3.5 months for Dyston® and 3.8 months for Masport®, with no significant difference observed. Headache was the most common side effect reported, with no other major adverse events noted. Furthermore, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups.   Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that both Dyston® and Masport® have similar efficacy and safety profiles. The choice between them can be primarily based on cost and patient or physician preference rather than any significant therapeutic differences.
