fa روندها و الگوهای اپیدمیولوژیک سرطان پوست در اردبیل (ایران)؛ یک مطالعه مقطعی 10 ساله (1400-1390) Epidemiological trends and patterns of skin cancer in Ardabil: a decade-long cross-sectional study (2011-2021) عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: سرطان دومین علت اصلی مرگ و میر در جهان است و سرطان پوست نیز شایع‌ترین نوع سرطان در میان انسان‌هاست که هزینه‌های زیاد و آسیب‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی زیادی به جامعه وارد می‌کند. افزایش موارد سرطان پوست در کشور ما و همچنین در استان اردبیل، ما را برآن‌داشت تا شیوع و روند اپیدمیولوژیک ده ساله سرطان پوست را در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک پوست در اردبیل طی سال‌های 1400-1390 بررسی کنیم. روش اجرا: در این مطالعه، ۳۳۱ بیمار طی سال‌های 1390 تا 1400 با تشخیص سرطان پوست به کلینیک پوست مراجعه کرده بودند. چک‌لیست‌ها براساس اطلاعات موجود در پرونده‌های آن‌ها تکمیل شد. یافته‌ها: از تمامی بیماران، ۲۰۸ نفر (8/62%) مرد، 4/60% از اردبیل، 2/14% در سال ۲۰۱۶ و 2/46% در گروه سنی ۵۰-۷۰ سال بودند. میانگین سنی بیماران 5/62 سال با انحراف معیار 7/14 در محدوده ۲۵-۹۶ سال بود. شایع‌ترین نوع سرطان پوست در نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه طی ده سال مربوط به BCC با ۱۸۴ مورد (6/55%) و بیشتر بیماران مورد مطالعه در درجه ۳ با ۲۳۱ بیمار (8/69%) بودند. شایع‌ترین محل سرطان پوست با ۹۳ مورد، (1/28%) بینی بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که روند سرطان پوست در نمونه‌های مورد مطالعه مشابه آمار استانی، روند ثابتی ازنظر کاهش یا افزایش نداشته و روند نوسانی بوده است. بروز این بیماری در مراجعین مرد حدود دو برابر مراجعین زن بوده و بیشتر موارد در درجات بالا و نوع BCC بوده است. Background and Aim: Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the world, as well as skin cancer is the most common cancer among human cancers and causes great costs and economic and social harm to society. The increase in skin cancer in our country and also in Ardabil province led us to study the prevalence and epidemiological trend of 10 years of skin cancer in patients referred to the skin clinic in Ardabil 2011-2021.   Methods: In this study, 331 patients had been referred to a dermatology clinic with a diagnosis of skin cancer during 2011 to 2021. The checklists were completed based on the information in their files.   Results: Of all patients, 208 (62.8%) were male, 60.4% from Ardabil, 14.2% were in year 2016 and 46.2% were in the age group of 50-70 years. The mean age of patients was 62.5±14.7 in range 25-96 years. The most common type of skin cancer in the studied samples during ten years was related to BCC with 184 cases (55.6%) and the most studied patients were in grade 3 with 231 patients (69.8%). The most common site of skin cancer with 93 cases (28.1%) was in the nose.   Conclusion: Results showed that the trend of skin cancer in the studied samples similar to the provincial statistics did not have a constant decrease or increase trend and had a fluctuating trend.
