	<abstract_fa>&lt;div class=&quot;WordSection1&quot; style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;زمینه و هدف:&lt;/strong&gt; یافتن روشی ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮای ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ ﻛﻪ بتواند در ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻃﻮل ﻋﻤﺮ، زﻳﺒﺎﻳﻲ ﺗﺮﻣﻴﻢ و راﺣﺘﻲ دﻧﺪاﻧﭙﺰﺷﻚ مورد استفاده قرار گیرد از اﻫﻤﻴﺖ زﻳﺎدی ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. هدف از این ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ بررسی اﺛﺮ روشﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖﻫﺎی ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ به صورت آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎﻫﻲ ﺑود.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;روش بررسی: &lt;/strong&gt;در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، 42 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻜﻞ دﻳﺴﻚ ﺑﺎ ﻗﻄﺮ 6 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ و ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ 3 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ (ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ Charisma Kulzer و EvoCeram Tetric IPS ﻫﺮ ﻛﺪام 21 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ) ﺑﺎ ﭘﻚ ﻛﺮدن ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ ﻛﻴﻮرﻧﺸﺪه در ﻳﻚ ﻗﺎﻟﺐ داﻳﺮه&#8204;ای از ﺟﻨﺲ ﭘﻠﻲ ﻓﻠﻮرواﺗﻴﻠﻦ (ﻫﻤﻪ Shaded A2) ﺗﻬﻴﻪ و ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮی از ﺣﺒﺎب ﻧﻮارﻫﺎی ﻣﻴﻼر روی ﻫﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻗﺮار داده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎری ﺑﻪ اﻧﺪازه 2 ﻛﻴﻠﻮ ﮔﺮم ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 30 ﺛﺎﻧﻴﻪ روی ﻫﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻋﻤﺎل و ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ اﺿﺎﻓﻪ ﺧﺎرج ﺷﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ از ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺧﺎرج و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 7 روز در آب دﻳﻮﻧﻴﺰه در دﻣﺎی اﺗﺎق و در ﺗﺎرﻳﻜﻲ ذﺧﻴﺮه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺲ از اﻳﻦ دوره 7 روزه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺷﺒﻴﻪ ﺳﺎزی پرداخت در ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮز ﻛﺎرﺑﺎﻳﺪ پرداخت و 7 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از ﻫﺮ ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ به طور ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻳﻜﻲ از روشﻫﺎی System Gloss Composite LUCIDA، دﻳﺴﻚﻫﺎی ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ EVE و دﻳﺴﻚﻫﺎی ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ EVE + ﺧﻤﻴﺮ ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ Cosmedent ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ ﺷﺪ. ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﭘﺮوﻓﻴﻠﻮﻣﺘﺮی اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﺳﻜﻮپ روﺑﺸﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. داده&#8204;ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار آﻣﺎری SPSS25 و آزمون&#8204;&#8204;های آﻣﺎری t‐test ANOVA, و&amp;nbsp;Benferroni post hoc test آﻧﺎﻟﻴﺰ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;یافته&#8204;ها:&lt;/strong&gt; روش دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ&#8204;ای ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﻳﺴﻚﻫﺎی ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ EVE ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ را در ﻫﺮ دو ﻧﻮع ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد (0001/0&gt;P) ﻧﻮع ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ ﺑﺮ روی ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ اولیه اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ (067/0=P)، اﻣﺎ ﺗأﺛﻴﺮ روش ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ ﻛﺮدن ﺑﺮ روی ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد (0001/0&gt;P). ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ در ﻫﺮ دو ﻧﻮع ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ ﺑﺎ روش ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار بود (0001/0&gt;P). ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ آزﻣﻮن آﻣﺎری t‐test در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ دو ﻧﻮع ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ جداگانه ﺑﺎ هر یک از روش ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد که ﺗﻔﺎوت آﻣﺎری ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﻴﻦ دو ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ (05/0P&gt;) ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ در روش ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ LUCIDA ﻛﻪ در دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری را&amp;nbsp;ﻧﺸﺎن داد.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;نتیجه&#8204;گیری: &lt;/strong&gt;ﺗأﺛﻴﺮ روش ﭘﺎﻟﻴﺶ ﻛﺮدن ﺑﺮ روی ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ کامپوزیت ها ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دﻳﺴﻚﻫﺎی ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ EVE ﺑه ﻄﻮر ﻗﺎﺑﻞﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﺧﺸﻮﻧﺖ ﺳﻄﺤﻲ را در ﻫﺮ دو ﻧﻮع ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ IPS Tetric EvoCeram و Kulzer Charisma ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داد.&lt;br&gt;

	<abstract>&lt;div style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Background and Aims:&lt;/strong&gt; Finding an appropriate method for polishing that can be used in dental practices to improve the longevity and ease of dental restorations is of great importance. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different polishing methods on the surface roughness of two types of nano-hybrid composites, an in vitro study.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Materials and Methods: &lt;/strong&gt;In this study, 42 samples in the form of discs (6 mm in diameter and 3 mm in thickness) of two nano-hybrid composites (Charisma Kulzer and EvoCeram Tetric IPS) were prepared. Each group had 21 samples (polymerized in a mold made of polyfluorohalide material) and were all shaded (A2 color). To prevent mirror-like reflections, each sample was covered. A 2 kg load was applied for 30 seconds on each sample, after which the composites were removed. The samples were stored for 7 days in deionized water at room temperature and in the dark. After this period, the samples underwent finishing and polishing procedures. Seven random samples from each composite group were polished using different methods: System Gloss Composite LUCIDA, EVE polishing discs, and EVE polishing discs + Cosmedent polish. The surface roughness was measured using a profilometer, and observations were made under a microscope. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 software with t-tests, ANOVA, and the Bonferroni post hoc test.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Results:&lt;/strong&gt; The two-stage method using EVE polishing discs showed significantly the lowest surface roughness in both types of composites (P&lt;0.0001). The type of composite did not have a significant effect on initial surface roughness (P=0.067), but the polishing method had a significant effect on the surface roughness (P&lt;0.0001). The difference in the mean surface roughness was statistically significant among different polishing methods for either type of composites (P&lt;0.0001). The t-test analysis showed no significant difference in the surface roughness between the two types of composites with different polishing methods (P&gt;0.05), except in the LUCIDA polishing system where a significant difference was observed in both groups.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Conclusion:&lt;/strong&gt; The results showed that the polishing method had a significant effect on the surface roughness and not the type of composte. The use of EVE polishing discs effectively reduced the surface roughness in both types of nano-hybrid composites used in the present study.&lt;/div&gt;</abstract>
