fa آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک نسبت به رعایت اصول حفاظت اشعه در سال ۱۴۰۳ رادیولوژی فک و صورت oral and maxillofacial Radiology تحقیقی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>با توجه به خطرات مواجهه مکرر با پرتوهای یون ساز در دندانپزشکی و عوارض احتمالی آن بر سلامت بیماران، پرسنل و دانشجویان، رعایت اصول حفاظت اشعه از اولویت‌های اساسی این حرفه بوده، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان دندانپزشکی و همچنین پیش بینی فاکتورهای مؤثر بر عملکرد دانشجویان در زمینه اصول حفاظت از پرتو در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک در سال 1403 انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی- تحلیلی به صورت تمام شماری بر روی 120 نفر از دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 (مهرماه تا اسفند ماه 1403) انجام شده است. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها علاوه بر اطلاعات جمعیت ‌شناسی پرسشنامه‌ای شامل سنجش آگاهی (از مجموع 20 امتیاز)، نگرش (از مجموع 55 امتیاز) و عملکرد (از مجموع 16 امتیاز) بود. پرسشنامه مورد استفاده، نسخه بازبینی‌شده یک ابزار استاندارد بوده که مجدداً روایی (CVR=0.62, CVI=0.79) و پایایی آن (آلفای کرونباخ >7/0 برای تمام بخش‌ها) سنجیده و تأیید شده است. تحلیل داد‌ها با استفاده از SPSS27 و آزمون‌های تحلیلی شامل آزمون- من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس، همبستگی اسپیرمن و پیش بینی عملکرد با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون خطی انجام پذیرفت.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> تعداد نمونه‌ها 120 نفر دانشجو با میانگین سنی نمونه‌ها 13/3 &plusmn; 59/23 سال و 7/51% آنان مرد بودند. میانگین نمره آگاهی دانشجویان 51/2 &plusmn; 69/9، نمره نگرش 05/3 &plusmn; 88/27 و نمره عملکرد 06/1 &plusmn; 60/12 بود. تفاوت&nbsp;معنی ‌داری در آگاهی بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر (035/0=P) مشاهده و آگاهی دانشجویان پسر بیشتر بود. تفاوت&nbsp;معنی ‌داری در نگرش و عملکرد بین دو جنسیت یافت نشد (05/0<p).> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه آموزش‌های آکادمیک به‌ طور مؤثری آگاهی حفاظت از پرتو را انتقال می‌دهند، تبدیل این آگاهی به عملکرد عملی همچنان در سطح متوسطی قرار دارد که این امر نیاز به استفاده از روش‌های آموزشی عملی پیشرفته را برجسته می‌کند.</p).></div> <strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Given the risks of repeated exposure to ionizing radiation in dentistry and its potential adverse effects on the health of patients, staff, and students, adherence to radiation protection principles is a fundamental priority in this profession. This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitudes, practice, and behavioral predictors of dental students at Arak University of Medical Sciences regarding the radiation protection principles in 2024.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional analytical study was conducted as a census on 120 dental students during October 2024 to March 2025. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, which included sections on demographic information, knowledge assessment (maximum score: 20), attitudes (maximum score: 55), and practice (maximum score: 16). The questionnaire used was a revised version of a standard instrument, the validity (CVR=0.62, CVI=0.79) and reliability&nbsp;(Cronbach&#39;s alpha >0.7 for all sections) of which were measured and confirmed. Data analysis was performed using SPSS27, with analytical tests including the Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Spearman&rsquo;s correlation, and predictive practice with asses test of linear regression.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The number of 120 students with mean age of participants 23.59 &plusmn; 3.13 old years and 51.7% were male. The mean scores were as follows: knowledge (9.69 &plusmn; 2.51), attitude (27.88 &plusmn; 3.05), and practice (12.60 &plusmn; 1.06). A significant difference in knowledge was observed between the male and female students (P=0.035), which the male students&rsquo; scoring was higher. No significant differences were found in the attitude or practice between genders (P>0.05). Factors such as place of residence (dormitory or non dormitory), prior radiation protection training, age, GPA, and admission year showed no significant association with the knowledge, attitude, or practice (P>0.05).
