fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای مشخصات بافت نرم اطراف ایمپلنت با دندان عمومی general تحقیقی Research <strong>زمینه و </strong><strong>هدف:</strong> شرایط بافت نرم اطراف ایمپلنت برای رسیدن به نتایج دراز مدت موفق از لحاظ سلامت و زیبایی لازم است. هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی مقایسه‌ای مشخصات بافت نرم اطراف ایمپلنت‌های جایگزین تک دندان با دندان طبیعی Contra lateral بوده است.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه گذشته‌نگر در 28 بیمار با دندان و دارای ایمپلنت قدامی تک واحدی انجام شد. در 14 بیمار ایمپلنت به روش دو مرحله‌ای و در 14 بیمار ایمپلنت به روش یک مرحله‌ای قرار داده شده بود و حداقل یک سال از قرار گرفتن ایمپلنت‌ها در فانکشن گذشته بود. در این بیماران، شاخص‌های عرض بیولوژیک (BW)، پاپیلای بین دندانی و بین ایمپلنت - دندان (PI) و همچنین ضخامت مخاط (MT) در اطراف ایمپلنت‌های یک مرحله‌ای و دو مرحله‌ای و دندان contra-lateral ارزیابی شد و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری t-test، Mann-Whitney و Wilcoxon با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین BW در ایمپلنت‌های یک مرحله‌ای 48/0±42/1 میلی‌متر، در ایمپلنت‌های دو مرحله‌ای 48/0±67/1 میلی‌متر و در دندان کنترل 60/0±47/1 میلی‌متر بود. میانگین PI در ایمپلنت های یک مرحله‌ای 52/0±50/2، در دو مرحله‌ای 55/0±53/2 و در دندان شاهد 47/0±72/2 بود. میانگین MT در اطراف ایمپلنت یک مرحله‌ای 48/0±10/3 میلی‌متر، در دو مرحله‌ای 75/0±09/3 میلی‌متر و در دندان کنترل 88/0±57/2 میلی‌متر بود. از لحاظ شاخص های مورد بررسی در این مطالعه اختلاف معنی‌داری بین ایمپلنت‌های دو مرحله‌ای و یک مرحله‌ای با یکدیگر و نیز ایمپلنت‌ها با دندان‌ها مشاهده نشد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیر</strong><strong>ی</strong><strong>:</strong> باتوجه به نتایج این مطالعه به نظر می‌رسد در شرایط استاندارد، شاخص‌های؛ عرض بیولوژیک، پاپیلای بین دندانی (پاپیلای بین دندان و ایمپلنت) و ضخامت لثه در اطراف ایمپلنت‌های یک مرحله‌ای، دو مرحله‌ای و دندان contra-lateral مشابه باشد.</p> </span> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Soft tissue condition around dental implant is an essential part for long term healthy and esthetic outcome. The aim of this study was to compare soft tissue dimensions between implant supported single  tooth replacement and the contra-lateral natural tooth.<strong></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This retrospective study was performed on dentate patients treated with anterior single  tooth implant at least 1 year ago. Of twenty eight, fourteen patients had been treated with one stasge method and others with two stage method. Biologic width (BW), papilla index (PI), and mucosal thickness (MT) were evaluated around implants and contra-lateral teeth clinically and compared with each other. The Wilcoxon test, Mann-Whitney test, and Student pair t-test were used to assess the differences between one stasge and two stage implants, and implant and tooth groups.<strong></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results:</strong> The mean BW around one stasge implants, two stage implants, and contra-lateral teeth were 1.42±0.48 mm, 1.67±0.48 mm, and 1.47±0.60 mm, respectively. The mean PI adjacent to one stasge implants, Two stage implants, and contra-lateral teeth were 2.50±0.52, 2.53±0.55, and 2.72±0.47, correspondingly. The mean MT around one stasge implants, two stage implants, and contra-lateral teeth were 3.10±0.48, 3.09±0.75, and 2.57±0.88, respectively.
