fa بررسی تاثیر تغییرات حرارتی بر پاسخ دندان به پالپ تستر الکتریکی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> انجام تست‌های حیاتی پالپ برای تشخیص بیماری‌های پالپ و افتراق آن با بیماری‌هایی که منشاء اندودنتیک ندارد، ضروری است. تست‌های حرارتی و الکتریکی، روش‌های رایج برای بررسی وضعیت حیاتی پالپ می‌باشند. هدف از‌ این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر تغییرات حرارتی بر روی پاسخ پالپ‌تستر الکتریکی بود.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در‌ این تحقیق 160 دندان ثنایای میانی ماگزیلای سالم از 40 نفر داوطلب مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. پس از ‌ایزوله کردن، آستانه پاسخ بیمار به تست الکتریکی ثبت شد. پس از تست‌های گرما و سرما تست الکتریکی تکرار شد. درجه پاسخ ثبت شد و مورد آنالیز آماری قرار گرفت. واکاوی آماری داده‌ها توسط آزمون T زوج شده برای داده‌های هر گروه و آزمون T مستقل برای مقایسه بین دو گروه انجام گرفت.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج حاصل از‌ این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین پاسخ دندان‌ها به پالپ‌تستر الکتریکی، قبل از تست سرما 3/1 و پس از انجام تست سرما 7/1 بود و‌ این میانگین قبل از تست گرما 4/1 و پس از تست گرما 7/1 بود. با انجام آزمون T زوج شده، بین پاسخ دندان با دمای طبیعی و دندان سرد شده و گرم شده اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (001/0>P). آزمون T مستقل نشان داد که بین دو گروه مورد آزمایش بعد از انجام تست اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود ندارد (25/0=P).</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> تست الکتریکی پالپ تحت تاثیر تست‌های گرما و سرما قرار می‌گیرد.</p> </span> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong><strong> </strong>The vitality pulp tests are necessary for diagnosis of pulpal disease and differentiation between endodontic and non-endodontic diseases. Thermal and electrical tests are conventional methods for evaluation of pulp vitality. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of thermal changes on the tooth response to the electric pulp tester.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this study, 160 intact maxillary central incisors of 40 voluntaries were evaluated. After isolation, electric pulpal response threshold in patients were recorded. After heat and cold tests, the electrical pulp test was repeated. The degree of response was recorded. The data were analyzed using pair T-test and independent T-test.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Results: </strong>The result of this study demonstrated that the average of teeth response to the electric pulp tester before and after cold test was 1.3 and 1.7, respectively. The average was 1.4 and 1.7 before and after heat test, respectively. There was no significant difference (P<0.001) between the pulpal response before and after thermal tests (heat and cold tests).
