fa بررسی قدرت نگهدارندگی چهار نوع چسب دندان مصنوعی در محیط آزمایشگاه عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>یک از مهمترین عوامل ساختاری که پذیرش دندان مصنوعی کامل را برای بیماران آسان می‎کند، گیر کافی و مناسب می‎باشد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی قدرت چسبندگی چهار نوع چسب دندان پودری شکل شامل: Safe-Saze ،Gum-Sealing ،Denstet و Corega در محیط آزمایشگاه ‎بود. <br><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> مطالعه حاضر به روش تجربی در محیط آزمایشگاه و بر اساس اندازه‎گیری نیروی adhesion و cohesion بین سطح دیسک آکریلی و شیشه، هنگامی که چسب دندان بین آن دو قرار می‎گیرد، انجام شد. ابتدا نیروی چسبندگی الکل، آب و بزاق مصنوعی اندازه‎گیری و به عنوان گروه کنترل ثبت شد؛ سپس قدرت نگهدارندگی چسبهای مختلف یکبار مخلوط با آب و بار دیگر مخلوط با بزاق مصنوعی اندازه‎گیری و گروه‌ها با هم مقایسه گردید. این آزمایشات برای هر ماده هفت بار با هفت دیسک آکریلی کاملاً مشابه انجام شد و اعداد به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون آماری Paired t و آنالیز واریانس مقایسه گردید. 05/0P< به عنوان سطح معنی‌داری در نظر گرفته شد.<br><strong>یافته‎ها:</strong> در مقایسه بین چهار نوع چسب دندان مصنوعی به شکل پودر بیشترین قدرت نگهدارندگی مربوط به Denstet و کمترین مربوط به Safe-Saze بود و قدرت نگهدارندگی Gum-Sealing از Corega بیشتر بود.<br><strong>نتیجه‎گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن بود که تفاوت قابل ملاحظه‎ای بین قدرت نگهدارندگی انواع مختلف چسب دندان مصنوعی وجود دارد.</font></p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> One of the most important structural factors that facilitate patient’s acceptance of full denture, is adequate and appropriate retention. The objective of this study was to evaluate the retentive ability of four denture adhesives in vitro: Safe Saze-Gum Sealing-Denstet-Corega.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This experimental study was conducted in vitro on the basis of measurement of adhesion and cohesion forces between acrylic disk and glass, with denture adhesive applied between them. At first the retentive ability of alcohol, water and artificial saliva was measured and recorded as control. Then the retention ability of different adhesives mixed once with water and next with artificial saliva was measured and compared. The procedure was repeated 7 times for each denture adhesive with 7 similar acrylic disks. Data were analyzed using. ANOVA and paired t test with p<0.05 as the limit of significance. </p><p><strong>Result:</strong> Comparison of four powder denture adhesives showed that the highest retentive ability was observed in Denstet and the lowest in Safe-Saze.
