fa بررسی میزان تغییر محیط و ضخامت لبه روکشهای استنلس استیل از پیش فرم گرفته (Precrimped)، بعد از Recrimping عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>نیاز به یک کریمپینگ مجدد روکشهای استنلس استیل از پیش فرم گرفته (precrimped) توسط دندانپزشک مورد تردید می‎باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی میزان تغییر محیط و ضخامت لبه روکشهای استنلس استیل از پیش فرم گرفته بعد از کریمپینگ، انجام شد.<br><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه تجربی، از لبه‎های 30 روکش استنلس استیل (Ni-Cr ،3M) مربوط به دومین دندان مولر شیری پایین سمت چپ به کمک دوربین دیجیتالی که در فاصله ثابتی تنظیم شده بود، 30 تصویر اولیه تهیه شد. سپس لبه‎های روکش توسط پلایرهای 114 و 137 به کمک نیروسنج (با نیروی 2/0 نیوتن) کریمپ شد؛ پس از آن 30 تصویر ثانویه از لبه‎های روکش‎ با همان شرایط قبلی تهیه گردید. کلیه تصاویر در شرایط یکسان آگراندیسمان و چاپ شد. محیط لبه روکش‎ها در تصاویر اولیه (گروه A) و ثانویه (گروه B) توسط دستگاه digitizer محاسبه گردید. با مقایسه میانگین محیط لبه روکش‎ها در تصاویر اولیه و ثانویه کاهش محیط معنی‎داری به دست آمد. ضخامت 30 نقطه به طور تصادفی بر لبه روکشی مشابه نمونه‎های قبلی به کمک SEM (150×) بر حسب میکرون اندازه‎گیری شد. عمل کریمپینگ و تهیه تصاویر ثانویه به کمک دوربین دیجیتالی بر روی روکش نمونه انجام شد. پس از اطمینان از کاهش معنی‎دار محیط، ضخامت 30 نقطه تصادفی دیگر بر روی لبه‎های این روکش توسط SEM اندازه‎گیری شد. ارقام به دست آمده مربوط به قبل و بعد از کریمپینگ در جداولی تنظیم گردید و به کمک آزمون Paired Sample t-test ارزیابی و 05/0p< به عنوان سطح معنی‌داری در نظر گرفته شد.<br><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین محیط لبه روکشهای استنلس استیل precrimped پس از کریمپینگ 3/7% کاهش یافت که معنی‎دار بود (001/0 P<). از طرفی میانگین ضخامت لبه روکش استنلس استیل نمونه پس از کریمپینگ به طور متوسط 18 میکرون افزایش نشان داد.<br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong>طبق یافته‎های مطالعه حاضر محیط لبه روکشهای استنلس استیل از پیش کریمپ شده (Ni-Cr ،3M) پس از کریمپینگ، کاهش قابل ملاحظه‎ای نشان داد؛ بنابراین به نظر می‎رسد که انجام کریمپینگ حتی در روکشهای precrimped ضروری می‎باشد.</font></p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The need for recrimping precrimped stainless steel crowns by the dentist in clinic is controversial. This study aimed to evaluate the rate of marginal circumference and marginal thickness change of precrimped stainless steel crowns after recrimping. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this experimental study, 30 primary photos were taken from margins of 30 S.S.Cs (3M, Ni-Cr) related to tooth 85 with a digital camera fixed at a determined distance. Margins of crowns were crimped by 114 and 137 pliers with a controlled force (0.2 N) and then 30 secondary photos were taken in the same conditions. The circumference of crown margins in primary (group A) and secondary (group B) photos were assessed by a digitizer system. Comparing the circumferences of crown margins in primary and secondary photos showed a significant decrease after crimping. Thickness of 30 random points on the crown margins of a crown similar to mentioned cases was measured by SEM (×150). Then similar procedures including taking a primary photo, crimping and taking a secondary photo was done for the sample crown. After significant reduction in margin circumference, thickness of 30 other random points on the crown margin were measured by SEM. Data were analyzed by paired sample t-test with p<0.05 as the limit of significance. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> The mean marginal circumference of precrimped stainless steel crowns was reduced by 7.3% which was significant (P<0.001). On the other hand the mean marginal thickness of sample stainless steel crown showed 18µ increase. </p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results of this study, marginal circumference of precrimped stainless steel crowns (3M, Ni-Cr) showed a significant decrease after crimping.
