fa بررسی و مقایسه برخی از خصوصیات یک کارپول تولید داخل کشور با دو کارپول خارجی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">ا<strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong>ساخت کارپول‌های دندانپزشکی در کارخانه‌های متعددی در دنیا انجام می‌شود که در ایران این کار توسط شرکت داروپخش صورت می‌گیرد. مطالعه حاضر، با هدف مقایسه کیفی و کمی کارپول داروپخش و دو کارپول وارداتیSeptodont (ساخت فرانسه) و Ecocaine (ساخت ایتالیا) از نظر قدرت و پایداری بی‌حسی و نیز بررسی کیفیت فیزیکی، انجام شد. <br><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه تجربی،70 فرد سالم مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه جراحی فک و صورت بیمارستان شریعتی انتخاب و پس از گرفتن رضایت نامه آگاهانه، در قسمت فوقانی پیشانی آنها با استفاده از هر کدام از کارپول‌های بی‌حسی، به میزان 1/0 سی‌سی تزریق انجام شد. در زمانهای معین وسعت بی‌حسی توسط جراح دهان و فک و صورت اندازه‌گیری گردید و نیز کیفیت تزریق با کارپول‌های یاد شده توسط 11 جراح مقایسه و بررسی شد؛ سپس ابعاد مختلف کارپول‌ها با هم مقایسه گردید. جهت مقایسه آماری بین وسعت ناحیه بی‌حس شده توسط سه فرآورده در هر مقطع زمانی (فاز I) از آزمونRepeated measure ANOVA و جهت مقایسه میزان رضایتمندی جراحان(فاز II) از آزمون Friedman استفاده شد. 05/0P< به عنوان سطح معنی‌داری در نظر گرفته شد.<br><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> از نظر وسعت و طول مدت بی‌حسی، هیچگونه اختلاف معنی‌داری بین سه کارپول یاد شده وجود نداشت. رضایتمندی جراحان از کاربرد آنها تقریباً یکسان بوده و هر سه نوع کارپول قابلیت آسپیراسیون داشتند.<br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> براساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، سه نوع کارپول مورد بررسی دارای کیفیت یکسان بودند.</font></p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Several factories produce dental cartridge in the world. In Iran, Daroupakhsh company is responsible for this task. The aim of this study was evaluate some properties of daroupakhsh cartridge and compare them with two imported ones: Ecocaine (made in Italy) and Septodont (made in France). </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this experimental study, 70 healthy patients from maxillofacial clinic of Shariaty hospital were selected. After obtaining informed consent, 0.1 cc of each carpule was injected to the patients' frontal region and the extent of anesthesia was measured at different time intervals. Also the quality of injections was evaluated by 11 surgeons. The dimensions of the three cartridges were also measured and compared together. Data were analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA and Friedman with p<0.05 as the limit of significance. <strong>Results:</strong> There was no significant difference in extent and duration of anesthesia among the studied cartridges. Surgeons were equally satisfied of all three kinds of cartridges.
