fa بررسی مروری رابطه تغذیه شیر مادر و پوسیدگی‌های زودرس دوران کودکی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> تغذیه ناصحیح یکی از مهم‌ترین فاکتورهای اتیولوژیک در پوسیدگی‌های زودرس دوران کودکی (ECC) است. در بعضی مطالعات کلینیکی تغذیه شیر مادر (BF) از جمله فاکتورهای موثر در ECC ذکر شده است. نتایج و توصیه‌ها در این زمینه متفاوت و گاه متناقض است. با توجه به اینکه رویکرد مشترک بین اعضای مختلف شاغل در حرفه سلامتی در ارایه توصیه‌های عمومی ضرورت دارد، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مروری مطالعات قبلی در رابطه تغذیه از مادر و پوسیدگی‌های زودرس دوران کودکی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>روش بررسی</strong><strong>:</strong> با انتخاب لغات کلیدی، مقالات، بیانیه‌ها، سایت‌های Pubmed، SID، Scirus،Elsevier ، انجمن دندانپزشکی کودکان آمریکا (AAPD)، انجمن پزشکی کودکان آمریکا (AAPD)، انجمن دندانپزشکی آمریکا (AAPD) و کتاب‌های مرتبط با موضوع از سال 1990 جستجو شدند. در مقالات، BF، سایر فاکتورها، تعریف پوسیدگی در کنار نوع مطالعه، حجم نمونه و محل انجام مطالعه بررسی و ثبت شدند.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> اختلاف فراوان در متدولوژی کار و عدم تعریف ثابت در ECC و BF، نتیجه‌گیری نهایی را مشکل ساخت. نتایج مطالعات درباره رابطه BF طولانی مدت و ECC غیرقطعی بود. مطالعات رابطه‌ای مثبت را بین BF شبانه و ECC نشان داد. سابقه BF تاثیری در بروز پوسیدگی نداشت.</p> <p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> با توجه به نقش فراوان شیر مادر در تغذیه و رشد کودک و اهمیت پیشگیری از پوسیدگی در دوران کودکی، باید والدین را در زمینه احتمال پوسیدگی دندان‌های کودک در اثر تغذیه شبانه از شیر مادر آگاه کرد.</p> </span> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong><strong> </strong>Improper feeding is one of the most important etiologic factors in early childhood caries (ECC). In some clinical trials, breast feeding (BF) is mentioned as a causing factor in ECC. Results in this topic are different or even controversial. It is vital that all general advices given out are consistent with general health education messages. The aim of this study was to conduct a systematic review on the relationship between breast feeding and early childhood caries.<em> </em></p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> Articles, guidelines, related books, and specific databases such as SID, PubMed, Scirus, Elsevier, American Association of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), American Association of Pediatrics (AAP) and American Dental Association (ADA) were searched for related topics cited since 1990. Early childhood caries definition, breast feeding and other variables such as sample size, study location and study design were analyzed.</p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><strong>Results: </strong>According to data analysis, there was a lack of methodological consistency and inconsistent definitions of ECC and BF in the literature making it difficult to draw conclusions. Results about relationship between prolonged BF and ECC were inconclusive. There was a positive relationship between nocturnal BF and ECC.
