fa بررسی میانگین DMF در بیماران همودیالیزی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><b>بیان مساله: </b>افزایش سریع تعداد بیمارانی که پیوند کلیه و دیالیز دریافت می کنند، دندانپزشکان را به درک کامل ملاحظات درمانی خاصی که برای این بیماران وجود دارد، ملزم می سازد. هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان DMF در بیماران همودیالیزی شهر تهران در رده سنی 20-12 سال انجام شد. <br></font></p><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><b>روش بررسی:</b> در این مطالعه توصیفی، تحلیلی که به صورت مقطعی انجام شد، 50 بیمار کلیوی (27 پسر و 23 دختر) در رده سنی 12 تا 20 سال که برای دیالیز به یکی از بیمارستانهای امام خمینی، مرکز طبی کودکان، فیاض بخش، هفت تیر، اشرفی اصفهانی، لباقی نژاد و هاشمی نژاد مراجعه کرده بودند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات مربوط به معاینات کلینیکی، سوال از بیمار، مشاهده پرونده و سوال از والدین بیمار در پرسشنامه های مربوطه وارد گردید؛ به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها از آزمون Chi-Square استفاده شد. <br></font></p><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><b>یافته ها: </b>میانگین DMF در افراد مورد مطالعه 2.46 حاصل شد که در مقایسه با افراد نرمال جامعه تفاوت معنی داری را نشان نداد. این شاخص در افراد مورد مطالعه در رابطه با عواملی نظیر جنس، میزان تحصیلات مادر، وضعیت بهداشت دهان و تعداد دفعات مسواک زدن از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی داری را نشان نداد؛ همچنین در بررسی حاضر میزان شیوع ژنژیویت شدید 38% و میزان ژنژیویت متوسط 32% حاصل گردید. <br></font></p><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><b>نتیجه گیری:</b> این مطالعه محدود بر ضرورت استفاده از روشهای مناسب پیشگیری و ارتقای بهبود سطح آگاهی بیماران و والدین را در مورد بهداشت دهان و دندان تاکید می کند.</font></p> <p><strong>Statement of Problem:</strong> Rapid increases in the population of hemodialyzed patients induce the dentists to acquire a complete understanding of the special therapeutic considerations for such patients. </p><p><strong>Purpose:</strong> The goal of this research was to study the amount of DMF in hemodialyzed patients, age ranging from 12-20 years, in the city of Tehran.<br><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this cross- sectional and analytic- descriptive research, 50 kidney patients (27 mail and 23 females), with the age range of 12-20 years were selected. They had referred to one of the following hospitals for hemodialysis: Imam Khomeini, Children Medical Center Fayyazbakhsh, Haft-e-Tir, Ashrafi Esfahani, Labafinejad and Hasheminejad. The data, based on clinical examination, patient's answers, patient's medical files, parents replies, were collected and analyzed by Chi- Square test. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> The average DMF, for. patients under study was 2.46, comparing to the normal subjects of the society, no significant difference was observed. Factors such as sex, Mother's education, oral hygiene and the number of daily brushing did not show any statistically significant difference about this index.
