fa مقایسه کاربرد دو روش درمانی فانکشنال و کلاس II الاستیک Edgewise در بیماران کلاس II اسکلتال عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">دستگاههای فانکشنال و ثابت در مطالعات بسیاری جهت بررسی چگونگی نحوه عمل آنها در درمان ناهنجاریهای کلاس II مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته اند. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه دو روش درمانی دستگاه Bionator و ثابت Edgewise همراه با کلاس II الاستیک در بیماران کلاس II اسکلتال که درمان آنها توام با خارج کردن دندان نبوده است، بود. سفالوگرام لترال قبل و بعد از درمان 30 بیمار 13-10 ساله (16 دختر و 14 پسر) دارای ناهنجاری کلاس II و Div 1 که با دستگاه Edgewise و Bionator درمان شده بودند، بررسی شد. متغیرهای SN to 1 و IMPA SNA و SNB و ANB، طول فک بالا و فک پایین، ارتفاع قدامی فوقانی صورت نسبت به قدامی تحتانی صورت، میزان اورجت و اوربایت در هر گروه قبل و بعد از درمان اندازه گیری شد. جهت تحلیل نتایج از آزمون آماری Paired t استفاده شد. بزرگنمایی اندازه های خطی محاسبه گردید. تغییرات متغیرها در دو گروه مقایسه و معنی دار بودن آنها با آزمون t سنجیده شد. سن و جنس بیماران در دو گروه درمانی تفاوت معنی داری نداشت. در هر دو گروه افزایش SNB، طول فک پایین و IMPA و کاهش 1 to SN، ارتفاع قدامی فوقانی نسبت به ارتفاع قدامی تحتانی صورت، اوربایت و اورجت بعد از درمان از نظر آماری معنی دار بود. مقایسه دو گروه قبل و بعد از درمان نشان داد که افزایش SNB، کاهش ANB، اورجت و اوربایت در گروه Bionator بیش از گروه ثابت و از نظر آماری معنی دار بود. کاهش نسبت ارتفاع قدامی فوقانی صورت نسبت به ارتفاع قدامی تحتانی صورت، افزایش IMPA و طول فک پایین در گروه Bionator بیشتر بود ولی تفاوتها از نظر آماری معنی دار نبود. نتایج نشان داد که در درمان ناهنجاری کلاس II بیشتر تغییرات در هر دو گروه دندانی بود.</font></p> Various comparative studies have been conducted to investigate the effect of functional and fixed appliances in treatment of class II skeletal disorders. The aim of this study was to compare Bionator and Edgewise appliances associated with class II elastics in the treatment of class II skeletal patients, without extraction. Lateral cephalograms of 30 patients (16 girls, 14 boys), 10-13 years old, with class II div I maolocclusion, treated with Bionater and Edgewise appliances were investigated before and after treatment. SNA, SNB, ANB, " to SN, IMP A, mandibular and maxillary lengths, upper anterior facial height to lower anterior facial height, overjet and overbite were measured in each group before and after treatment. The results were analyzed by paired t- test. The magnification of linear measurements were calculated. The differences between variables in 2 groups were compared by t-test. There was no significant difference, regarding age and sex. In both groups, increase in SNB, mandibular length, and IMPA and decrease in " to SN, overjet and overbite and upper anterior face height to lower anterior face height after treatment were statistically significant. Comparing 2 groups before and after treatment showed that increase in SNB and decrease of ANB, overjet and overbite were more in Bionator group than fixed group, which were significant.
