fa بررسی شیوع عوارض دهانی در بیماران تحت شیمی درمانی کانسر در بیمارستان امام خمینی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">برای درمان سرطان از روشهای متفاوتی نظیر جراحی، رادیوتراپی و شیمی درمانی و گاه سرما درمانی استفاده می شود. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی شیوع عوارض دهانی در بیماران تحت شیمی درمانی کانسر می باشد که به صورت مقطعی و در انستیتوکانسر (سانترال 1) بیمارستان امام خمینی انجام گرفت. این تحقیق بر روی 80 بیمار پذیرش شده در بخش انستیتوکانسر که بیش از یک بار تحت شیمی درمانی قرار گرفته بودند، انجام گرفت و ضایعات دهانی بیماران با بررسی وضعیت عمومی بدن و داروهای دریافت شده ارزیابی شد. از بین ضایعات موکوزایتیس بیشترین میزان را داشت (%66.2) و در زبان از درصد بالایی برخوردار بود (55%)؛ همچنین درصد بالای این ضایعه در گروه سنی بزرگسالان و سالمندان را می توان به ضعف سیستم ایمنی در این گروه نسبت داد.</font></p> Different methods can be used to treat the malignant disease surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and even cryotherapy are different approach to reach the best treatment for patients. The aim of this cross sectional study was to evaluate the prevalence of oral side effects followed by chemotherapy of cancerous patients in Imam Khomeini hospital. This study was conducted on 80 patients who were under chemotherapy more than once and their oral lesions were evaluated considering their physical conditions. Mucositis was the common problem (66.2%) and the most involvement area was observed in tongue (55%).
