fa ارزیابی میزان ماندگاری، تحلیل استخوان و مشکلات پس از درمان در پروتز‌های ثابت متکی بر ایمپلنت به روش All-on-4: مقاله مروری عمومی general مقاله مروری review article <p> <strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی ماندگاری میانگین تحلیل استخوان و مشکلات پس از درمان ایمپلنت‌‌های قرار داده شده در تکنیک All-on-4 بود. </p><p> <strong> روش بررسی: </strong>با استفاده از واژه‌‌های کلیدی ایمپلنت زاویه‌دار، All-on-4 ، tilted implant و graftless technique جستجو مقالات در 10 سال اخیر<br>(2001 تا 2011) صورت گرفت و مقالات کارآزمایی بالینی که به ارزیابی ماندگاری، میانگین تحلیل استخوان اطراف ایمپلنت‌‌های مستقیم و زاویه‌دار در سیستم ایمپلنت‌گذاری All-0n-4 ، استخراج شدند. </p><p>  در مجموع جستجوی انجام شده 73 مقاله یافت شد. بعد از ارزیابی و مطالعه عنوان و خلاصه مقالات، در مجموع 10 مقاله کارآزمایی بالینی که کاملاً با ویژگی‌‌های مورد نیاز همخوانی داشتند انتخاب و معیار‌‌هایی مانند میزان میانگین تحلیل استخوان، میزان ماندگاری در آن‌ها مقایسه شد . </p><p><strong>  بحث و نتیجه‌گیری :</strong> نتایج نشان داد که میزان ماندگاری (96-100%) و میانگین تحلیل استخوان (با میانگین 34 /0-9/1 میلی‌متر) درمان All-on-4 تحت بارگذاری فوری، قابل مقایسه با درمان‌های معمول متکی بر ایمپلنت می‌باشد. مقایسه میزان ماندگاری و تحلیل استخوان در ایمپلنت‌‌های مستقیم و زاویه‌دار در سیستم All-on-4 نشان داد، این طرح درمان مقادیر قابل مقایسه با درمان‌‌های معمول متکی بر ایمپلنت است. همچنین مشکلات پس از درمان شامل شکستگی آکریل در پروتز موقت یا نهایی، جدا شدن دندان‌ها، شل شدن پیچ پروتزی یا پیچ اباتمنت ازجمله موارد گزارش شده همراه با پروتز‌‌های All-on-4 بود. </p> <p><strong>Background and Aims </strong>The purpose of this study was to evaluate the survival rate, mean bone loss and post operative complication of implants inserted in All-on-4 technique . </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>The literature was searched using keywords angled implant, All-on-4, tilted implant and graftless technique in the last 10 years (2001 to 2011) and clinical trial article that evaluated survival rate and mean bone loss around axial and tilted implants in All-on-4 technique was selected and evaluated.   A total of 73 articles were found by searching. After evaluation of titles and abstracts, finally 10 clinical trial, that were fully consistent with including criteria such as mean of bone loss and survival rate was selected and evaluated.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Results showed that the survival rate (96-100%) and mean bone loss (0.34-1.9 mm) with All-on-4 technique in immediate loading is comparable with other implant support treatment plan. Comparison of implant survival and bone loss in axial and tilted implant in All-on-4 system is shown this treatment plan has consistent result with other conventional implant support prosthesis.
