fa بررسی آنتی ژن های HLA در سندرم پاپیلون لفور عمومی general تحقیقی Research سندرم پاپیلون لفور (PLS) یک بیماری نادر است که با تخریب زود هنگام پریودنشیوم دندانهای شیری و دائمی همراه است. اتیولوژی این بیماری بدرستی مشخص نیست ولی اخیرا جهش در ژن کاتپسین C به عنوان پایه ژنتیکی بیماری شناخته شده است. در این مطالعه فراوانی آنتی ژن های HLA در سندرم پاپیلون لفور مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور آنتی ژن های HLA-1 و HLA-DR با روش سرولوژی و طبق استاندارد NIH در نه بیمار مبتلا به PLS از هفت خانواده غیر وابسته با 37 فرد سالم (گروه کنترل) مقایسه گردید. در تحلیل نتایج از آزمون دقیق فیشر با در نظر گرفتن (P<0.05) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که فراوانی آنتی ژن HLA-B18 در بیماران مبتلا به PLS نسبت به گروه کنترل بیشتر می باشد و این افزایش از نظر آماری معنی دار است (P<0.05). مطالعه حاضر که به روش سرولوژی انجام گردیده است تنها مطالعه کنترل دار در زمینه بیماری PLS می باشد که نتایج آن نیاز به فناوریهای ملکولی با تعداد نمونه های بیشتری دارد. <span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman","serif" FONT-SIZE: 11pt mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-bidi-font-family: Mitra mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-no-proof: yes">Papillon Lefevre Syndrome (PLS) is a rare disease, associated with the early onset periodontal break down in deciduous and permanent dentition.The etiology of PLS is not exactly determined but recently, mutation in catespin C gene, as a genetic basis for the disease, has been established. The aim of this study was to investigate the HLA status in patients affected with PLS. In this research, the frequency of HLA-I and HLA-DR in 9 PLS patients (Belonged to seven unrelated families) were compared with 37 healthy people (controls).
