fa تازه هایی در مورد پست و کور و پست های غیر فلزی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">بحثها و نظرات گوناگونی در مورد نحوه بازسازی دندانهای روت کانال تراپی شده وجود دارد. از سویی پستهای پیش ساخته برای تمامی دندانها قابل تجویز نیستند و از طرف دیگر وقت و هزینه اضافی که پستهای ریختگی به دنبال دارند، مانع از کاربرد عمومی آنها می شود. در کنار این مسائل با عرضه رستوریشن های تمام پرسلنی کاربرد پستهای فلزی در زیر این رستوریشن ها زیبایی نهایی کار را کاهش می دهد. در این مقاله به ارائه نتایج برخی از پژوهشهای انجام شده بر روی روشهای مختلف بازسازی دندانهای روت کانال تراپی شده و نیز عرضه چند دستورالعمل کاربردی برای تصمیم در مورد نحوه بازسازی دندانهای روت کانال تراپی شده قدامی و خلفی پرداخته شده است؛ در بخش دیگر مقاله برخی از روشهای ساخت پستهای غیرفلزی مانند پستهای کامپوزیتی و زیرکونیوم اکساید ارائه شده است.</font></p> Many different methods are suggested to restore endodontically treated teeth. Prefabricated posts can not be indicated for all teeth and cast posts require extra time and cost. In addition, with the introduction of full ceramic restorations, achieving the ideal esthetic with metal post underneath them may be problematic or impossible because the darkness of the metallic posts may show through the highly translucent all ceramic restorations.
