fa بررسی آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر بابل در برخورد با فوریت‌های پزشکی در مطب دندانپزشکی در سال 90-1389 عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p align="justify"> <strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>رخ دادن اورژانس‌های پزشکی در مطب دندانپزشکی نسبتاً شایع می‌باشد. اولین و مهم‌ترین قدم در کنترل اورژانس‌های پزشکی، توانایی ارائه اقدامات حیاتی پایه می‌باشد که مستلزم داشتن آگاهی، مهارت و تجهیزات موردنیاز درصورت وقوع اینگونه حوادث می‌باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی آگاهی دندانپزشکان در زمینه شناخت و درمان اورژانس‌ها و تمایل آن‌ها به برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی در این زمینه بود. </p><p align="justify"> <strong> روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه تحلیلی- مقطعی بر روی 132 دندانپزشک عمومی و متخصص شهر بابل در سال 90-1389 صورت گرفت. پرسشنامه معتبر (پایایی آگاهی و نگرش: آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 79% و 84%) شامل 17 سؤال آگاهی (امتیاز 17-14 عالی، 14-11 : خوب، 11-8 : متوسط و زیر 8 : ضعیف) و 3 سؤال نگرش و داده‌های دموگرافیک توزیع شد. داده‌ها با آمارهای مربع کای، آزمون T و پیرسون در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. </p><p align="justify"> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>119 نفر (9/91%) پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. میانگین سنی آن‌ها (5/7 ± ) 6/38 سال بود که (6/70%) 84 نفر مرد و (4/29%) 35 نفر زن بودند. میانگین نمره آگاهی (31/2 ± ) 31/9 از 17 بود که با سن (03/0-= r ) و سال فارغ‌التحصیلی (43/0-= r ). ارتباط منفی داشت. در میان شرکت‌کنندگان 94% موافق برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی، 75% موافق تجهیز کامل مطب و ترالی اورژانس بودند و 9/ 84% آن‌ها از آموزش دوران دانشجویی در این زمینه ناراضی بودند. </p><p align="justify"> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر بابل در زمینه اورژانس‌های پزشکی کافی نیست که نیازمند مداخله در جهت ارتقاء و به روزرسانی از طریق برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی و برنامه‌های آموزشی مداوم می‌باشد. </p> <p align="justify"> <strong> Background and Aims: </strong>Occurrence of medical emergencies in dental offices is not uncommon. The most important and the first step in controlling the medical emergencies is the ability to provide basic life support which needs knowledge, experience and equipments. The aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge of dentists relating to the management of medical emergencies in dental office and their willingness towards holding related educational workshops. </p><p align="justify"> <strong> Materials and Methods: </strong>This analytic cross-sectional research was accomplished in Babol among 132 general and specialist dentists in 2010. A validated questionnaire (Knowledge and attitudes of reliability: Cronbach's α value 79% and 84% respectively) consisting of 17 questions about knowledge (score of 14-17: excellent, 11-14: good, 8-11 moderate and less than 8: poor), three questions about attitude and demographic characteristics was distributed. Data were analyzed using t-test, X² and Pearson correlation statistics using SPSS. </p><p align="justify"> <strong> Results: </strong>119 dentists (91.9%) filled out the questionnaire. The average age was 38.6 ( ± 7.5) years with 84 (70.6%) male and 35 (29.4%) female individuals.
