fa تأثیر دو روش ریلاین مستقیم و غیر مستقیم دردقت ابعادی سد کامی- خلفی عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p align="justify"> <strong> زمینه و هدف: </strong>سد کامی- خلفی ( Posterior palatal seal) یکی از مهم‌ترین نواحی برای تأمین سیل پروتز کامل فک بالا است . هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی دقت ابعادی دو روش ریلاین مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر روی ناحیه P.P.S بود . </p><p align="justify"> <strong> روش بررسی: </strong>یک مدل بدون دندان فک بالا انتخاب شد. یک لایه موم به ضخامت 5/1 میلی‌متر جهت ایجاد فضا برای ماده ریلاین روی مدل اصلی خوابانده شد و با ماده قالب‌گیری سیلیکونی از آن قالب‌گیری انجام گرفت و 20 عدد کست گچی ریخته شد. با قرار دادن موم، روی کست‌های گچی و طی فرآیند مفل‌گذاری 20 عدد بیس دنچر آماده گردید. روش ریلاین مستقیم (به صورت Chair side با ماده GC reline ) و غیرمستقیم (با ماده قالب گیری Acrosoft TC و پخت با آکریل Acropars ) در این مطالعه ارزیابی شدند. بیس‌های ریلاین شده روی مدل اصلی قرار داده شدند و فاصله بین آن‌ها در ناحیه در 5 نقطه (دو نقطه در قله ریج، دو نقطه در عمیق‌ترین بخش کام، یک نقطه در وسط کام) با استفاده از استریومیکروسکوپ اندازه‌گیری و هر اندازه‌گیری 5 بار تکرار گردید و میانگین تغییرات ابعادی محاسبه شد. جهت مقایسه گروه‌ها از آزمون Multivariate analysis استفاده گردید. </p><p align="justify"> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>درز ناحیه P.P.S رنجی از 86/740 میکرومتر تا 49/2356 میکرومتر را نشان داد. روش مستقیم (56/60 ± 81/1011) میزان درز کمتری را در مقایسه با غیرمستقیم (13/113 ± 8/2056) نشان داد و دو روش اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری داشتند ( 0001/0 P < ) . </p><p align="justify"> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری </strong><strong>: </strong>روش ریلاین مستقیم درز کمتری را در ناحیه P.P.S در مقایسه با روش ریلاین غیرمستقیم نشان داد. با روش ریلاین مستقیم تطابق بیس دنچر در ناحیه P.P.S بهتر خواهد بود . </p> <p align="justify"> <strong> Background and Aims: </strong>Posterior palatal seal is one of the most important areas to support maxillary complete denture. The aims of this study was to evaluate the dimensional accuracy of both direct and indirect relining methods on the maxillary posterior palatal seal area. </p><p align="justify"> <strong> Materials and Methods: </strong>A maxillary edentulous model was selected. A 1.5 mm layer of wax was placed on the model to create a space for relining material and impression was done by the silicone material and 20 casts was prepared. By putting the wax on the casts and performed of flasking, 20 dentures were prepared. Direct reline method (as Chair side with GC reline) and indirect method (with Acrosoft-TC and firing with Acropars 100) were evaluated. The relined bases were put on the model and the spaces between them in five points (two points on the ridge , two points in the deepest part of palate and one point in the middle of palate) were calculated by the Stereo microscope and each calculations was repeated 5 times and the mean dimensional changes was measured. To compare the groups, data were analyzed using multivariate analysis.<strong></strong> </p><p align="justify"> <strong> Results: </strong>The gap of P.P.S area was between 740.86 and 2356.49 . Direct method (1011.81±60.56) had a lesser gap in comparison with indirect (2056.8±13.13), and both method showed a significant statistic variance (P<0.0001).<strong></strong> </p><p align="justify"> <strong> Conclusion: </strong>Direct method showed a lesser gap in comparison with indirect method.
