fa بررسی مشکلات اسکلتی- عضلانی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دندانپزشکان به روش (REBA) درکلینیک‌های تخصصی وابسته به دانشکده‌های دندانپزشکی تهران در سال 1393 عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: در حرفه دندانپزشکی، فعالیت‌های دینامیک و استاتیک ممتد، باعث بروزمشکلات اسکلتی- عضلانی می‌شود. هدف این تحقیق بررسی مشکلات اسکلتی- عضلانی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دندانپزشکان کلینیک‌های تخصصی وابسته به دانشکده‌های دندانپزشکی شهر تهران در سال 1393 با روش REBA بود.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">روش بررسی: در این تحقیق مقطعی- توصیفی، دندانپزشکان کلینیک‌های دانشکده‌‌های دندانپزشکی تهران به شکل هدفمند انتخاب و پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های فردی- شغلی و پرسشنامه نوردیک از طریق مصاحبه تکمیل گردید. برای ارزیابی اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی از روش REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) استفاده شد که طی آن محقق با مشاهده حالات مختلف دندانپزشکان حین کار، وضعیت آن‌ها را در کاربرگ مخصوص ثبت و ارزیابی نمود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 بررسی و از آزمون آماری رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد از 100 دندانپزشک مورد مطالعه، 6% در سطح خطر بسیار بالا (15-11)، 17% در سطح خطر بالا (10-8) و 25% در سطح متوسط (7-4) قرار داشتند. براساس یافته‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه نوردیک، بیشترین ناراحتی اسکلتی- عضلانی مربوط به گردن (60%) و پس از آن به ترتیب ناحیه کمر (58%) و پشت (46%) می‌باشد. عواملی نظیر جنسیت، سن، شاخص توده بدنی (BMI)، قد، نوع رشته تخصصی، وضعیت بدن حین کار (ایستاده یا نشسته) و استفاده از دید مستقیم یا غیر مستقیم، روی اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی تأثیر دارند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته‌های به دست آمده از امتیاز نهایی REBA نشان می‌دهد دندانپزشکان، درصد بالایی از مشکلات اسکلتی- عضلانی دارند و سطح ریسک ابتلا به این اختلالات در حد متوسط به بالا می‌باشد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Constant dynamic and static activities are considered as the main cause of musculoskeletal problems among dentists. The aim of this study was to evaluate the musculoskeletal problems and related factors among dentists in specialized clinics and dental schools in Tehran in 2014 using the REBA method.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study, the dentists from clinics of dental schools in Tehran were selected as individual targets. Nordic anddemopghrphic questionnaire were completed through interview from dentists. In order to assess the musculoskeletal disorders, REBA method (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) was used. In this method, positions and postures of the dentists during their work was observed and recorded. Data was analyzed using Regression Logestic test.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The obtained results showed that among 100 dentist, 6% were in the very high risk (15-11) for musculoskeletal problems and 17% and 25% were in high-risk (10-8) and average risk (7-4), respectively. Based on the findings from Nordic questionnaire, the most skeletal- muscle travail were related to the neck (60%), lumbar (58%) and rear (46%) consequently.
