fa بررسی میزان آگاهی مربیان بهداشتی مدارس ابتدایی در ارتباط با درمان اورژانس دندان دایمی خارج شده از ساکت در اثر تروما (Avulsion) در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 در مدارس ابتدایی شهر همدان عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> تروما به دندان‌ها از مشکلات رایجی است که در کودکان دیده می‌شود. جدا شدن کامل دندان از حفره خود (Avulsion)‌ از پیچیده‌ترین آسیب‌‌های دندانی است که درصورت عدم درمان به موقع مشکلات متعددی به دنبال دارد. از آنجایی که مدارس یکی از اصلی‌ترین مکان‌‌های وقوع حادثه برای کودکان است، و مربی بهداشت وظیفه انجام درمان‌‌های اورژانس دندانی این کودکان را بر عهده دارد. از این رو این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی مربیان بهداشت مدارس ابتدایی در ارتباط با نحوه برخورد با Avulsion در شهر همدان در سال 94-1393 طرح‌ریزی شد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در این مطالعه مقطعی، پس از مشاوره با آموزش و پرورش، کلیه مربیان مدارس ابتدایی شهر همدان در سال 94-1393 به روش سرشماری شناسایی شدند. پرسشنامه تنظیمی در اختیار ایشان قرار گرفت سپس اطلاعات گردآوری شده با نرم‌افزار SPSS19 با استفاده از آزمون‌های<br> &nbsp;Chi-square Fisher, Levenes test, Kolmogrov Smirnov test, Exact test, T-testو One way مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌‌ها: </strong>از بین 81 مربی بهداشت مورد بررسی، نسبت نمره آگاهی مربیان به حداکثر نمره آگاهی %1/43 به دست آمد و بین میزان آگاهی مربیان بهداشتی مدارس و سن و سابقه کاری آن‌ها ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (P به ترتیب6/0 و 23/0.( میانگین نمره کسانی که درمورد درمان صدمات دندانی، آموزش قبلی دیده بودند بیشتر از کسانی بود که آموزش ندیده بودند (001/0>P).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> آگاهی مربیان مدارس ابتدایی از چگونگی برخورد با ترومای Avulsion درحد قابل قبول نمی‌باشد. بنابراین آموزش مربیان درمورد ترومای دندانی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Trauma to the teeth is a common problem that occurs in children. Avulsion is the one of the most complex dental damages that if be untreated can cause multiple problems. Since many of dental traumas happen in school and school health teachers have main role in children treatments, the aim of this study was to evaluate the primary school health teachers&rsquo; knowledge regarding the emergency treatment of avulsed permanent teeth.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study, after consultation training of education, all of the health teachers of elementary schools in Hamadan were selected through census sampling method and were given the regulation questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, information was collected using software SPSS19. The data was analyzed using Fisher Exact, Kolmogrov Smirnov test, Chi-square, One way, Levenes test and<br> T-test.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> 81 Health teachers were studied and the ratio of knowledge score of all of health teachers to a maximum knowledge score was obtained to be 43/1%. There was no significant relationship between the school health teacher knowledge and their work experiences and age (P=0.23-0.6), respectively. Average of knowledge score of who were educated was more than who were not educated previously (P<0.001).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Primary school health teachers&#39; knowledge of dealing with Avulsion was not at a high level.
