fa ملاحظات دندانپزشکی در خانم های باردار عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="rtl" align="justify"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">تغییرات هورمونی و تغذیه ای خانم باردار شرایط مستعدی را برای ایجاد بیماریهای لثه و پوسیدگی دندانهای او فراهم می کند. از طرفی مراقبتهای بهداشتی که در حالت عادی، به سهولت انجام می شود، ممکن است در خانم باردار مشکل باشد؛ بنابراین خانمهایی که قبل از حاملگی با رعایت بهداشت نسبی یا متوسط مشکل لثه و دندان نداشته اند، ممکن است در حاملگی با دردهای دندانی و حالت اورژانس به دندانپزشک مراجعه کنند. درمان اورژانس در هر زمانی از دوران حاملگی که لازم باشد، باید انجام شود و درد بیمار را نباید به مدت طولانی با مسکن تسکین دهیم. بهترین زمان انجام درمانهای دندانپزشکی در خانم باردار سه ماهه دوم حاملگی است. در این دوره همه درمانهای دندانپزشکی لازم در دوران حاملگی را می توان همانند دیگر بیماران انجام داد. درمان دندانهایی که قبل از زایمان برای بیمار مشکلی ایجاد نمی کند، باید به بعد از زایمان موکول شود. </font></p> <p>During the human gestation period, various systemic alterations occur in the mother secondary to endocrine changes.
