fa اصول طرح درمان برای مولرهای اول دایمی به شدت تخریب شده در دوره دندانی مختلط مقاله مروری عمومی general تحقیقی Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> دندان‌های مولر اول دایمی مستعد پوسیدگی، مشکلات اندودنتیک و آنومالی‌های تکاملی هستند. دندان‌های مولر اول به شدت تخریب شده با پیش آگهی ضعیف، درمان‌گر را با مشکل روبرو می‌کنند. هدف از این مقاله مروری، بررسی راهکارهای جدید در زمینه طرح درمان برای مولرهای اول دایمی به شدت تخریب شده، در دوره دندانی مختلط است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> روش انجام این مطالعه بر مبنای مرور منابع علمی با جستجو در <span dir="LTR">MEDLINE</span>، <span dir="LTR">Web of science</span> و <span dir="LTR">Google scholar</span> بود. از واژگان کلیدی <span dir="LTR">Permanent first molar</span>،<span dir="LTR">Extraction</span> و <span dir="LTR">Orthodontic treatment plan</span> استفاده شد. جستجوها محدود به مقالات انگلیسی منتشر شده پس از سال ۲۰۰۰ بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> فاکتورهای متعددی فرایند تصمیم‌گیری در مورد مولرهای اول دایمی به شدت تخریب شده را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌داد که شامل وضعیت ترمیمی دندان، سن دندانی بیمار، میزان کرودینگ و روابط اکلوزالی بود. سن ایده‌آل برای کشیدن این دندان‌ها ۸ تا ۱۰ سالگی بود. با این حال شواهد موجود در مورد مولرهای اول دایمی به شدت تخریب شده نیازمند مطالعات کلینیکی است.</p> <div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> The first permanent molar is susceptible to caries, endodontic complications and developmental anomalies. Compromised teeth with poor prognosis could cause the clinician to face dilemmas. The aim of this review article was to assess recent guidelines on the treatment planning of compromised first permanent molars in mixed dentition period.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The design of the study was based on review of literature by searching the MEDLINE, Web of science and Google scholar. Key words (permanent first molar, extraction, treatment plan) were used. This search was limited to the English articles published after the year 2000.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> A number of factors influenced decision-making process regarding compromised first permanent molars including the restorative status of the tooth, dental age of the patient, degree of crowding and occlusal relationships were assessed. The ideal time for removal of these teeth was 8-9 years of age.
